While Ninjask seems tempting to use to Baton Pass Speed (and Attack) boosts, it's not really the best choice because of its really common weaknesses and low defenses. That, and if Ninjask attempts to Baton Pass when Hail is in effect, its Focus Sash will be broken by the hail. Given that Hail teams tend to be weak to Stealth Rock, Forretress can provide Rapid Spin support (even though Sturdy will be broken by Hail):
-Spikes
-Stealth Rock/Toxic Spikes
-Rapid Spin
-Gyro Ball/Earthquake/Volt Switch
Nature: Relaxed/Sassy
EVs: 252 HP/176 Def/80 SDef or 252 HP/4 Def/252 SDef
Item: Leftovers/Shed Shell

Resttalk seems tempting, but don't bother using it on Abomasnow because of the new sleep mechanics:
-Blizzard
-Grass Knot/Giga Drain/Wood Hammer
-Hidden Power (Fire)
-Earthquake
Nature: Hasty
EVs: 16 Atk/252 SAtk/240 Spe
Item: Choice Scarf
Ability: Snow Warning

or
-Substitute
-Leech Seed
-Blizzard/Ice Shard
-Protect/Wood Hammer/Focus Punch
Nature: Calm/Sassy
EVs: 252 HP/172 Def/84 SDef
Item: Leftovers
Ability: Snow Warning

or
-Wood Hammer
-Blizzard
-Ice Shard
-Hidden Power (Fire)
Nature: Lonely
EVs: 252 Atk/144 SAtk/112 Spe
Item: Expert Belt
Ability: Snow Warning

or
-Ice Shard
-Wood Hammer/Seed Bomb
-Protect
-Leech Seed/Earthquake
Nature: Adamant
EVs: 188 HP/252 Atk/68 Spe
Item: Leftovers
Ability: Snow Warning

or
-Wood Hammer
-Ice Shard
-Earthquake
-Focus Punch/Brick Break
Nature: Adamant
EVs: 172 HP/252 Atk/84 Spe
Item: Choice Band
Ability: Snow Warning

I don't think Gliscor deserves a spot on a Hail team. Since Hail teams are vulnerable to Fire moves too, Heatran is a better alternative because of Flash Fire absorbing Fire moves:
-Lava Plume
-Will-o-Wisp/Toxic
-Protect
-Stealth Rock/Roar
Nature: Calm
EVs: 248 HP/252 SDef/8 Spe
Item: Leftovers
Ability: Flash Fire

or
-Fire Blast
-Earth Power
-Hidden Power (Ice/Grass)
-Stealth Rock/Substitute/Taunt/Flame Charge
Nature: Modest/Timid
EVs: 252 SAtk/4 SDef/252 Spe
Item: Life Orb/Air Balloon
Ability: Flash Fire

or
-Magma Storm
-Taunt/Substitute
-Earth Power
-Will-o-Wisp/Toxic/Hidden Power (Ice)
Nature: Timid
EVs: 252 SAtk/4 SDef/252 Spe
Item: Leftovers/Life Orb
Ability: Flash Fire

or
-Substitute
-Fire Blast
-Earth Power
-Toxic
Nature: Timid
EVs: 4 HP/252 SAtk/252 Spe
Item: Leftovers
Ability: Flash Fire

or
-Overheat
-Flamethrower
-Earth Power
-Hidden Power (Ice)/Dragon Pulse
Nature: Timid/Modest
EVs: 252 SAtk/4 SDef/252 Spe
Item: Choice Scarf
Ability: Flash Fire

or
-Overheat/Fire Blast
-Earth Power
-Dragon Pulse
-Hidden Power (Grass)/Flamethrower
Nature: Modest/Timid
EVs: 252 SAtk/4 SDef/252 Spe
Item: Choice Specs
Ability: Flash Fire

or
-Substitute
-Torment
-Protect
-Lava Plume
Nature: Calm
EVs: 244 HP/44 SDef/220 Spe
Item: Leftovers
Ability: Flash Fire

Salamence seems out of place on the team, IMO. Kyurem is a better alternative over it because it can abuse STAB Blizzards while being immune to Hail at the same time:
-Substitute
-Roost
-Dragon Pulse/Blizzard
-Earth Power/Focus Blast
Nature: Modest
EVs: 56 HP/220 SAtk/236 Spe
Item: Leftovers

or
-Blizzard
-Draco Meteor
-Focus Blast
-Earth Power
Nature: Timid/Modest
EVs: 252 SAtk/4 SDef/252 Spe
Item: Choice Specs/Choice Scarf

or
-Blizzard
-Draco Meteor
-Focus Blast/Earth Power
-Roost/Earth Power
Nature: Timid/Modest
EVs: 32 HP/252 SAtk/224 Spe
Item: Life Orb

or
-Draco Meteor
-Blizzard
-Earth Power
-Outrage
Nature: Hasty/Mild
EVs: 32 Atk/252 SAtk/224 Spe
Item: Life Orb

Stallrein should look something like this; it's not meant to attack, but to stall out the opponent:
-Substitute
-Protect
-Super Fang/Roar/Toxic
-Blizzard/Surf
Nature: Bold
EVs: 232 HP/220 Def/56 Spe
Item: Leftovers
Ability: Ice Body

Updated the team based on your advice m8. But should I keep Tentacruel and Forretress on same team?

Also how dose new team look? Kept Heatran and Kyurem as all-out attacker of the team.

PlatinumDude covered mostly everything but theres something I noticed right away. Your forrestres has ring target that makes it so that your immunities are nullified making you vulnerable to poison...

CourageHound Just replaced it with Leftovers, since it is better. Thanks for pointing out.
