need help with attacks

ok so im making a team thats a secret but youll probably be able to guess from this question. What are some moves besides grudge and spite that lower the pokemons PP if there are any?

I never knew what grudge did til now so thank you, and the only PP drainer I can think of is Ability Pressure. See if Absol can learn grudge. If not Dusknoir should be able to learn grudge and it will learn spite as Duskull
