Part1: the legend(pt.1)

Long before pokemon and trainers united as friendly competitors, workmates, and friends, they were at war with each other. the young human race sought to share the world with pokemon, but the pokemon feared the human's possible takeover of what had been their world for centuries. the older, more powerful pokemon, the ones who helped shape the world they now reign over, led the movement against the humans.

Part1: the legend(pt.2)

At the center of the conquest was lugia, the king of the oceans and storms. for years, the pokemon were driving the humans away, destroying their villages, lugia leaving a blue blaze of fire in his wake. over time, humans found a way to magically infuse special stones with the ability to capture the pokemon threats and effectively remove them from the war. with the invention of these ancient "pokeballs", humans quickly regained lost ground and the war came to a stand-still.

Part 2: the underground 'war'

As it became more commonplace for humans to have captured pokemon in their possesion, an underground illegal tournament was formed where the pokemon were pitted against each other. efforts to route the battlers were ineffective, even as the war drew to a close. a human and his uncaptured pokemon friend plead with their friends and leaders, offering ideas for all to live in peace. eventually an agreement was arranged, but none remain who remember what exactly it entailed, except for the legendaries. The underground battle network raged on with increasing popularity. as people and pokemon became closer and closer as partners and friends, battles became regulated events and the pokemon league was born. "trainers" now used evolved forms of the mystic stones called "pokeballs", small spherical capsules that captured pokemon.

Part 3: the Azure Knights

The legendary pokemon, seeing the world at peace, the agreement reached, fled unto their own respective elements of earth, forest, flame, water, wind, ocean, storms, and space and time. They were however, as were some older humans, concerned with the well-being of this new found peace. Thus the Azure Knights were formed, a clan of humans and their pokemon companions, guardians of peace, intervening only if this peace was threatened. Lugia bestowed unto them an old looking ring beset with a dark sapphire, in which one could hear the raging ocean's might. it was to be used to call lugia if ever he was needed.

Part 4: Voren's discovery

For many years, this peace endured, and the Azure Knights faded from the memories of many, and people and pokemon grew ever closer. the future looked bright. But one day a traveling scientist named Voren, who was descended of the Azure Knights, noticed a tremor in the ocean to the west. shortly afterward, a massive storm racked the same area. after diving into his books for some quick research, Voren rushed away to investigate and hasn't been heard from for six months since, while in another part of the world there were whispers of an evil group noticing the same event and set about in their own way.

I could sprite... but not overworld!! (I just mess them up) I can also do some basic scripting, but not warps... Just no warps from me ok?

Good luck with your first hack. I know how painful it is for doing. I myself am working on my first hack. At times I want to strangle my $500 labtop, but then I remember the price and stop right before my fist would land a blow on the screen.

But as long as you keep at it and don't give up on hardtimes your hack will do well. There are always at least two ways around a problem. (mostly anyway....haven't really thought of everything that couldn't have two ways.)

brokenroses: ya i wouldnt know where to get it i havent even tried editing the title screen yet. i did mess with it enough so that the fire is snow flakes and the charizard is giratina lol.
