movset help and rating
 
ok whilst away i decided to ev train a mudkip and this is what i came up with

swampert rindo berry

lv37

modest

HP 131
AT 78
DE 76
SA 110
SD 104
SP 56

EV spread 255 in special atack 250 in special defense and 5 in speed

moves

ice beam
surf
earthquake
water gun

it has perfect ivs in specal atack and special defence

i would like your thoughts on her also i want advice on the move set ice beam is the only move i will not change as it takes out her only weaknes easly.

Yeah, like said above, you want a physical Bulky Water Swampert....

And is this for 3rd or 4th gen??

well i started to reduce its special defence and speed so i can work on atack
