Is These pokemon good for a team?

I'm catching new pokemon in route 222 (Chatot, Purugly,Glameow, Gastrodon, Floatzel.) It's Near Sunyshore City, i havent reached the city yet, I was too busy making my pokemon team better, I have a lvl 38 floatzel, my weakest pokemon in the party. I caught a Gastrodon lvl 40,(I'm going to catch a lvl 42), I have a Gible lvl 20(._.), and i'm going to catch another Floatzel lvl 42.

People keep saying that my floatzel sucks, does it?

Which of the following pokemon is good in the party.

Purugly lvl 42 (Quiet nature)
-Assist
-Captivate
-Slash
-Swagger

Floatzel lvl 38 (careful nature)
-Surf
-Brine
-Ice Fang
-Crunch

Gastrodon lvl 40 (Gentle nature)
-Surf
-Mud Bomb
-Hidden Power(Can I replace it with Trick room? Since its really slow)
-Rain Dance

Gible lvl 20(Rash Nature) (Is there any way to train it, it's leeching my pokemon and they are not getting any stronger, I'm lagging behing.)
-Sandstorm
-DragonRage
- Strength.
-Take Down.

-Sneasel lvl 39

-Ice Beam
-faint attack
-Shadow Claw
- Agility
If you can find my 2 posts in this thread, it would help alot to see what types of pokemon I need. what pokemon shoul i get rid of to get some of those pokemons

By the way, I'm going to teach Gastrodon Trick room, since its so slow. Is that a good idea?

I Reported you for Double Posting BlueLucario. I'm waiting for the Mod's to come. Movesets? Natures?

BlueLucario, don't double post. Next time use the edit button instead. And Itachi, there's no need for you to tell someone you've reported their post. Once you've made the report your duty is done and the staff will handle the rest.
