As of yet incomplete UU/OU team

Ok, I've been looking to make a new team, and as of yet, I only have four that I have bred and yet to EV train, and I've got the idea for the 5th, but the 6th I don't even know yet. Here goes:

Gyarados @ Choice Band/Scarf/Focus Sash
Adamant Nature
EVs: 252 Atk, 252 Spd, 6 HP

Waterfall
Ice Fang
Earthquake
Dragon Dance

Physical Sweeper. Set off a DD before beginning to sweep, maybe two depending on the situation.

Raichu @ Choice Scarf/Specs/Focus Sash
Modest Nature
EVs: 252 Sp. Atk, 252 Spd, 6 HP

ThunderBolt
Nasty Plot
Grass Knot
Focus Blast

Special Sweeper. Gyarados, Raichu and their Items can be continually swapped to keep opponents guessing. May go with Raichu @ Focus Sash to lead, as it cannot get off a Nasty Plot with Scarf, so it may be best to go with Specs instead if leading with Gyarados. Grass Knot takes care of Ground Types, and stops Swampert dead. Focus Blast for Dark Types (T-Tar especially). I can also use my Surfing Pikachu/Raichu here, for extra type coverage, but elimenating Nasty Plot.

Cloyster @ Leftovers
Impish Nature
EVs: 252 HP, 252 Atk, 6 Def

Rapid Spin
Spikes
Ice Shard/Iron Defence
Explosion

Physical Wall. Has high defence even without any EVs, although it may be worth investing a few. Ice Shard to get round its abysmal speed, and to put dents in Salamence and Garchomp, or may use Iron Defence to boost Defence further. Rapid Spin to get rid of Spikes, and can set up it's own Spikes too. Explosion when she's about to die. Gotta watch out for T-Bolt and other Special Electric/Grass Moves.

Blissey @ Leftovers
Bold Nature
EVs: 252 Def, 252 Sp. Atk, 6 HP

Calm Mind
Softboiled
Ice Beam
ThunderBolt

CalmBliss. Special Wall. Set up a few Calm Minds, Softboiled, Attack. Gotta watch out for all Physical Moves, especially Close Combat.

And the fifth member, who I've had the idea for, but have yet to breed:

Umbreon @ Leftovers
Impish/Bold Nature
EVs: 252 Def, 252 Sp. Def, 6 HP

Mean Look
Toxic
Confuse Ray/Faint Attack
Moonlight

Tank. Classic Mean Look/Toxic combo. Confuse Ray could be replaced with Faint Attack to make a last stand if all goes wrong. Moonlight will be PP Maxed for a little extra time.

So, that's it so far. I need to know where to improve, and suggestions for a sixth member of the team, which I was thinking about making a 4th Gen Pokémon. One of the trio perhaps?. Thanks for looking :)

Cloyster has piss poor HP :/ Toxic-trap umbreon kinda fails in this gen also. Electivire murders this team.

Trait: Natural Cure
Nature: Calm
EVs: 252 HP/ 252 SP. DEF/ 4 SPEED

Seismic Toss
Aromatherapy/Stealth rock
Softboiled
Toxic/Thunder Wave

Plain old DD Gyarados isn't nearly as frightening as Taunt-DD Gyarados. Taunt prevents any Skarmory or the likes from hazing you away. Only use a Choice item on a Poke that has all offensive moves. What's the point of being locked into Dragon Dance? Focus Sash is the way to go. And possibly Jolly, just to outrun some of the faster Pokemon earlier on.

You team seriously needs some sort of fast or bulky Ground type, or else Electivire defeats it with ease. And even then, the best thing you can hope for is catching him on a ThunderPunch. I normally use Dugtrio or Claydol as effective 'Vire killers, but others could do the job. Steeliz, for example, takes mediocre damage from Earthquake and all other moves because of his monster Defense, and can fire back STABed Earthquakes of his own.
