I'm taking a liking in math and history. Like Kairi said, when you get the basic stuff down, then it's just an exercise with add-ons. History is just something that's been fascintating me lately.

I would say that Geology,Science,Biology and Art are my favorite subjects.

Kayleigh June 8th, 2004 10:24 AM

I just love art. I guess that's because I am an artistic person. I love to draw and so I was really good in that class. I also like learning about some things in History, such as the Titanic. I find the whole story about that to be so interesting! I love learning about it. I watched a two-hour show about it last night, and I'm renting the movie today. So I'm kind of like a walking encyclopedia on the story of that ship, lol.

I've never liked math; it bores me to no end. I just can't figure out some of the things that most people can. I'm smart, and I learn quickly, I just have no interest in it and so I don't pay as much attention to it as my brother does. (Plus, most boys are said to enjoy it more than girls.) I guess it might be because I'm left-handed, and the right side of my brain controls a lot of things about me. The right side is more known to control your artistic abilities, and things like that, while if the left side of the brain is more dominant over the right, you'll most likely have better thinking skills, and so you're probably better at math if you're right-handed. Not always, but it's usually the case.

Math comes very easily to me. While half the students in my precal class this last year were constantly asking the teacher to do more examples and explain what he did in deeper detail, I was taking notes and got the concept almost instantly. I got A's on all the tests except for one that I got a B on. XP

I hate English...I speak it good enough, how is reading boring literature and writing pointless essays on them gonna help me learn the language better?

Jacob Madrox June 8th, 2004 10:47 AM

I like band and social studies, but I voted for band. (I play the Bass clarinet)

Eliana June 8th, 2004 11:47 AM

Mudkip84 June 8th, 2004 12:39 PM

I'm not staying in band next year though, (lousy teacher) so I'm going for art. That should prove to be fun!

English is my favorite class in school, even though I'm rather sick of all this Romeo and Juliet stuff hehe...

It's sad when band programs have lousy teachers...music is so important to have in everyone's life...

(I'm going to be a music teacher, and somehow, make all the crappy teachers go away!! ^^)

Geometric-sama June 8th, 2004 3:21 PM

I only take 6 subjects, two of which are maths and two of which are science... so I don't have a favourite XD.

22sa June 8th, 2004 5:00 PM

I'm free!~!! I hate them all equally!!! :'( http://www.pix8.net/files/oops.gif

*cough*Ilovethemallequally*cough*

Back to reality.

My favourite subject is Japanese, because, I strangely do quite well in it with or without doing my homework. Currently without. It's my best subject.

Other foreign languages... I... can't stand learning them. ._. I love languages it's just I can't learn them very well. It was a miracle how I did in Japanese... and it's not because I'm good at Chinese... I suck at Chinese. I'm just very lucky how interested I was in Japanese the start of last school year I guess. What got me to like Japanese was just this one song I heard. "Sayonara Woageru" by Lindberg. It happened in the summer of 2002 when my family was visiting my family back China (*cough*I'mtheshameofthefamily*cough*) ... one of my so many cousins there gave me a mini Jap CD to listen to. One my super small CD walkman which I left behind that summer. And I loved the song! I like fell in love with the Japanese girl's voices from then on... XDD Then he told be the world's most beautiful girls are born in Japan. lol. Anyway. When grade 10 started, I dropped out of German class as soon as I could and took Japanese. It's like the best choice I ever made conciously...

History is OK. I like Geography and many events/times in history.

Music. I haven't taken music since Elementary School, but I've taken guitar lessons before, and.... I have to say I'm not gifted in guitar. Music is... no comment.

Math. Use to be my favourite subject in elementary school and back in China because of all the emphasis on it and how easy it was... now it's hard! Well I still get a excellent mark but... yeah. Math is OK.

English. I suck at English and essay writing or reading comprehension or even reading itself. Though... it is a subject that somewhat interests me at times. I just can't keep up with everyone. English... =( . And this is so stupid!!! At the same time my personality is all about watching/talking and stuff!!! I need words~~!!~~!! Knowledge. English... agh, I wish could improve. This summer will be my chance!!! I'm taking my last English course in High School in summer school. ^_^ ... =( Just when I think I have intelligence I find I have the wrong intelligence and wrong time. =( Agh @ English. ;__;

Science. It's okay. Not interesting. I'm either am almost failing Chemistry. >=p I've slept through the last like 20 classes... and, you wouldn't want to know the consequences ^_- . Yay, stupid of me I know... it's my last period of the day. I usually think about \/ (-) in this class. Hah, my class is idiotic anyway. The average is like 50%. And there's only 3 girls in the class. Science classes are so sad at my school - so many people do so bad. =\ Physics is okay, again it isn't very interesting, but I'm okay at it. Biology... it's hard, but I actually like it now for some reason. I'll be doing a LOT of Bio next year since I didn't do grade 11 Bio this year. Science is not so hot. ^_-

Drama... I've not took a course of it before, but I actually like it now. I was too incredibly shy over the years with decimated self-confidence and now I don't have time. Drama's cool.

Physical Education. Lol, I have some complicated problems here... x_x my scalp hurts a LOT during some activities or when I feel embrassed... weird. I don't like Gym class and I've never done good in it. I'm getting to like it better now however... haven't had Phys Ed class since grade 10 though.

History... does a lot of good. *puts away the rest of his thoughts for later* Well only to ppl who actually learn from it like you of course.

.... ;__; I just so glad summer is coming soon, I want self-education!! *screams XD* School is like absolutely useless expect for getting good grades...

... Seriously though, I'm not interested in any of my classes, I have a hard time paying attention in every single class. It's a miracle I'm passing them. =\ Edit: This must be some sign of stupity... my blatant disinterest. Anyway, I don't think I'm a fast learner... my IQ's probly below average. ... Make no mistake I'm pro-intelligence all the way though. >=p
