Ice Type attacks...

I know a fair bit about the pokemon universe, but one thing is bothering me:
Is ice x2 against rock??? I use ice fang on a graveler, and i does 100% damage. A sneasel uses ice shard on my Rhyperior and it does 400%. WHAT?! How does ice against rock work?

Ice trumps GROUND, not Rock. (it's only average then)

Rock is actually x2 to Ice, so if you're versing a Graveler, it's only going to be x2

Ice hits Flying, Ground, Dragon, and Grass x2. It hits Normal, Rock, Electric, Poison, Psychic, Fighting, Bug, Ghost, and Dark x1. It hits Steel, itself, Fire, and Water x.5.

I think. LOL.
