How much longer is the games than the GBA?
 
How much longer is diamond and pearl compared to pokemon emerald/Other GBAs? Cause i really want to get pearl but i want to make sure that my adventure lasts longer or atleas as long as the gba ones.

Well, I'd say it isn't so long; all you need to do is get the 8 badges and go to the Battle Area while FR/LF you get a little more with the 7 islands and in Emerald, you still have plenty to do due to the Battle Frontier. Thus, Diamond and Pearl are cool just because of the Wi-Fi trading and battling, but the story isn't so long.

The game is decent enough for its length. I'd say it's about the length of R/S, even though it does take me longer to play through D/P. Like said above, FR/LG/E each have their little quests after completing the main bulk of the story, D/P however has Battle Tower and pretty much then after that, online battling via Wi-fi.

It's lengthy enough to play for a long time if you only play casually I'd say.
