Breed. Aka Get a Timid Ditto, and put both of them in the Day Care in Solacoan Town.

Yeah. Ditto will automatically Breed becuase it's gender is unkown. Kinda like a wild card. Basiacally, I think it's the opposite gender of the pokemon it's mating with.

Vegeta™ September 8th, 2007 11:12 AM

oh dude man you are really helpful thank you very much i was going to release infernape or i was going to start all over again, so where do i catch a ditto and can my metagross breed also

It can breed with ditto, yes. as for ditto, Use the pokeradar on Route 218, both versions. It's catch rate or something like that, is rare. Try to bring a synchronizer, A Pokemon such as alakazam, with a timid nature. Put it at the front your party. There is a guide for the pokeradar in the Diamond and pearl DS forum.

Stone Edge/Nasty Plot ^^

Stone Edge is for Salamence/Togekiss etc

Stone Edge, Yeah. But Nasty Plot is a big no-no, As he doesn't have time to be stats upping. He doesn't have the defenses to do that, Maybe Calm Mind for Bronzong though.

Nasty plot if for people with unpredictable anticipations like me (predictions O.O)

You play your way, I play mine, fair enough for both of us. End of story.

Faceless* September 8th, 2007 11:41 AM

Just make sure Infernape holds life orb knight

If it had higher hp maybe, The opponent will most likely be attacking Infernape, So Life orb is not an option. 76 base hp isn't scary.

Vegeta™ September 8th, 2007 1:19 PM

wait, how do i teach infernape nasty plot

Forget it knight, you need more experience in competitive battles to use Nasty Plot on Infernape, just take Stone Edge

Vegeta™ September 8th, 2007 1:25 PM

So there is no way Infernape can learn Nasty Plot i have lots of infernapes so i want one that knows nasty plot

Naive is better since Close Combat is there. Infernape won't be taking hits anyways.

Also, Nasty Plot is tricky to use. Use it if you have a little more experience(or ur just dumb XDD)

Vegeta™ September 9th, 2007 6:37 AM

I Trained Both My Infernape's

[email protected] Orb
Nature:Timid
Nasty Plot
Flamethrower
Hidden Power
Grass Knox

And

[email protected] Orb
Nature:Adamant
Close Combat
Flare Blitz
Thunderpunch
Swords Dance

SO Which One Should I Use

Anti September 9th, 2007 9:01 AM

Are they EV trained? And what HP type does your first nfernape have, and its power?tIf they aren't EV trained, don't use either one...

Vegeta™ September 9th, 2007 4:37 PM

i trained both to lv 70 with out using rare candies or daycare help, whats a hp type,

Shiraishi September 9th, 2007 4:44 PM

Lol. Go look at EV training guide, you dont know what it is. HP types are Hidden power types, because the type of Hidden power you get is dependent on your IVs.
