Wow... I hope everything works out okay, DT. @[email protected] That must be so scary... x.o Stay safe, DT, and let us know how everything went when you can get back on.

TRIFORCE89 June 16th, 2004 5:35 AM

Ooo I was fine until you mentioned the tornados. Be careful, o.k. Any idea how long this is going to last for?

Chairman Kaga June 16th, 2004 6:05 AM

Stay safe, and here's hoping nothing happens to your power or anything else (these sound like some BAD storms)...I absolutely hate it when the power's out, especially if it was going to be during a bad storm...

Arcanine June 16th, 2004 7:11 AM

Yea stay safe. Tornados is a real bad thing to have around (I know, I have had my fair share of them around here before).

Sakura and Espeon June 16th, 2004 7:16 AM

Stay Safe DT and I hope you will come back soon..

(btw, I never experience tornados before, but be safe)

Scyther5 June 16th, 2004 7:27 AM

Well, I'm living in lower Texas, San Antonio. And Evey thing is fine here, theres been a few flash flood warnings and a little rain, but nothing serius. Well stay safe man..

Kayleigh June 16th, 2004 8:04 AM

Yikes... There was a bad storm here last night, and the other day we had some tornado warnings. I hope nothing bad happens, and that you remain okay!

Porygon June 16th, 2004 8:06 AM

Whoa… tornado… I can't imagine how scary that must be…

Castrainer June 16th, 2004 8:06 AM

Well... Take Care DragonTrainer O_o
Here is cold... nothing much... Sunny and Cold...

Evil Togepi June 16th, 2004 8:10 AM

Wow, that sounds scary, hope everything is okay

Cherrim June 16th, 2004 8:15 AM

._. I think we had tornado warnings a while ago... which is odd, because Ontario isn't really prone to tornados to my knowledge. o.o; But that's one reason why I wouldn't wanna live in Texas - I hear there are a lot of tornados there around spring. @@;

Kayleigh June 16th, 2004 8:19 AM

Yeah; there aren't very many around my area, but they do come here. The weather in Texas is so extreme... If it's raining, then prepare for a flood, if it's sunny, then before you know it there will be a burning ban, etc. Spring and fall probably have the best weather; it's nice and cool outside. During the winter, it almost always snows here, and in the summer it gets really hot. x_x; Not like that's bad, especially is you enjoy swimming, but it still gets a bit annoying. (Especially if you sleep on the top floor of your house. HEAT RISES!)

^^NICK^^ v.3.0 June 16th, 2004 9:09 AM

I wishing you safety, DT, buddy. Hopefully, you'll be back to your normal schedule, work outs, PC, you know, the norm. We're awaiting your return...

Latios Master June 16th, 2004 9:35 AM

I hope that you get through that storm ok, DT. I hate tornados. Once I was about 30 miles away from one when I was on a trip so I'm lucky that it didn't catch up to us. We were suppose to have a bad storm last night but it only rained a little bit. today it's really sunny and it's in the high 60's. It should be much warmer though. :/

Well, I hope you make it through the storm.

Ahhaa the worst thing thats happened to me in the place where I live was a small earthquake that came from seatle about 3-4 years ago

the only damage it did was knock a few boxes of shelfs in the stores

Flygon trainer June 16th, 2004 10:49 AM

Well, I hope DT gets through it all okay...

no odd weather here in AK.. just an attack of those freaking bloodsucking insects...

I remember about a year or so ago, there was a tornado warning right where I live. I was on my way home from school, and saw these big green clouds (whish is one way to tell if there may be a tornado), then it started POURING and I mean POURING! oO It was really freaky.

Anyways, stay cautious and safe DT. If you're reading this, here is some tips on where to hide if the tornado hits where you live:

-In the bathtub with a bathmat or shower curtain overtop of you.
- Under heavy furniture
- In a ditch (if you happen to be outside).

*Has watched one too many tornado warning shows* =P

Kairi June 16th, 2004 11:32 AM

I tend to, err ignore those kind of warnings cause living in Kansas I’ve seen tons of lightning up close and had a lot of tornados, even though I’ve never actually seen one. So I’m pretty sure you’ll be fine, if not offline for a while. Look forward to your safe return! ^_^

ASG June 16th, 2004 11:38 AM

Wow!! stay safe DT! about in 1968 around then two tornados went through were i live and destoryed half of Sinclarvile!

Porygon June 16th, 2004 11:39 AM

Dude! Get back safely! Don't let the community lose someone like you!

usami June 16th, 2004 1:52 PM

I hope you safe DT, Tornadoes suck we have like a tornado watch here like every other day but Ive never actually been in one but we were under a warning a couple times, anyway I hope you ok, this years has been the worst year tornafoes wise I thinks theres been about 300-somthing now in the whole US, but again i hope your ok.

100marios June 16th, 2004 2:17 PM

I have never lived in an area that had tornadoes, but I've seen enough movies about them to know how destructive they can be, hehe....

I'm sure it'll blow away soon enough. Although there's always that small chance something may happen, there's no point in looking at the bad side. Just keep your spirits up and you're sure to come through. We'll all be waiting for your safe return!

^^NICK^^ v.3.0 June 16th, 2004 2:56 PM

I've lived in Jersey most of my life, and there aren't many if any tornados here.

*~Ashley~* June 16th, 2004 3:08 PM

I heard about that storm when my mom was watching the weather channel yesterday. Well I sure hope you stay safe DT! I've never actually been in a situation like that living in CT but we did have a funnel cloud hit once. When I was in 6th grade. But that day I was in Boston with my Italian class so I didn't get to witness the storm...

DragonTrainer June 17th, 2004 7:35 AM

Well, I managed to return it seems, though I think the tornado hit, but didn't seem to make it over here. It's gotten better now, all we really had was some thunderstorms and high winds, but I was really scared from the major tornado watch O_O. From all the time I've lived in Texas, we haven't had anything like this.

Well, it's good to see that it didn't hit right near your house. =) I remember this one time where I was at my friends house, and we were VERY close to being hit by a tornado. o_o; The sky was covered with pitch black clouds, and it was pouring. Well, luckily it didn't hit, but it was VERY close to. Anyways, yeah, glad you're ok.

DragonTrainer June 17th, 2004 7:45 AM

[color=Navy]Hehe, it was black as night here, puring like crazy, with thunder and everything, the tornado probably hit, but luckily it didn't make it over where I live, guess I can be thankful for that

lil' jose June 17th, 2004 7:48 AM

Hope ya get through that storm dt @[email protected] cant belive there is that big of a storm comin your way!

Chairman Kaga June 17th, 2004 7:51 AM

Wow, that'd be scary to see...but even more frightening is when, instead of turning black, the sky turns green...then you know you've got a tornado on your doorstep. The sky turned lime green here once, but fortunately there was no tornado...but it was frightening, the only memory I have that gives me chills every time I think about it. All the birds suddenly stopped chirping, the wind stopped blowing, and the sky went absolutely green...since we didn't have a basement we got into the car and went to the hospital at 100 MPH so we could go to their basement...that was probably the scariest day of my life...

Oh, and I'm glad everything's ok and that there was no tornado and no power loss DT!

*~Ashley~* June 17th, 2004 8:49 AM

Well it's good that the tornado didn't hit near where you live DT! I probably would've been scared too if I was in a similar situation... but living in CT we don't get a lot of tornados... just that one day I was in Boston. And all that funnel cloud did was knock over powerlines and trees. But I still think it would've been scary. Anyway, glad your safe though!

Kitty17794 June 18th, 2004 6:37 AM

Glad you are safely back with us DT! :D
