Help with Latios (Emerald)
Ok I tried this method:
Requirements: -Acro Bike -At least 1 Defeat of the Elite 4 -At least 1 Max Repel -Something hard and heavy that you can place on a single button of your GameBoy:P Method: Here's what you do. After you've defeated the E4, go to any patch of grass (really, it doesn't matter where) in Hoenn and use your Max Repel. Equip your Acro Bike. Then, place your heavy object on your Game Boy in such a way that it holds down only the B button. Watch the screen and make sure that your character is bunny hopping, but is remaining in the same spot. He is? Great. Now leave your Game Boy alone for an hour or two. No, I'm not kidding. Go away for a good long while, and then come back. Don't bother watching, 'cause this method usually takes time to work. Anyway, when you come back, you (Should) have run into Latios/Latias. I've probly left my Gameboy on for 8 hours with no results, more than once also. Does this method even work for Emerald? |
Dunno. Is this your first time trying to see him? If it is, go to that desert place (forgot its name again).

Well, there's this glitch or something that involves flying to Slateport, going into the bike place, then putting up a Pokemon of lower level than 40(as that's the level where you'll catch [email protected] unless using the Eon Ticket) but higher than the Pokemon that would normally appear in the area, then using repel and using the Acro Bike, but it was so long ago when I used the glitch(which works on Emerald, by the way, since it was the game I used it in) that my memory's pretty hazy regarding it. I found it on Gamefaqs originally, but they seem to have since removed the cheat, so I can't confirm it, but it worked for me on Emerald 2 years ago, so if I'm not wrong, it'll probably work on yours as well. PM me if this doesn't work, and I'll try to find another one for you.

Was your lead Pokemon under Lv.40? :P

By the desert place I mean that place where there's always a sandstorm next to Mauville. (Still can't remember its name, too lazy to look it up.)

The Desert has no specific name... it's just a sub-part to Route 111. |
Yeah thanks for the suggestions but it's all good now. I was EV training and randomly ran into Latios so I got him now.
