I have played 20:25 on Pokemon Pearl and only got 2 badges, i played that much cause i go back to areas at night and go hunting my question is

Is there a time cut off? I mean after you played a certain amount of time does the game stop working?

Thanks

I don't believe the is a time cut off, but the counter which counts how long you've played for stops at 999:59.

I highly doubt the game "stops working" after a certain amount of time is spent playing. The counter may stop, I don't really know about that, but the game won't.

I defeated the E4 at 9:37 hours of gameplay ;). But to actually give any response to this topic, no, the game doesn't have any specific "time" when it stops working, though I think there's some kind of an internal battery or so that'll run out of energy in about 5-10 years after you bought the game. Basically, when the timer hits 999:59, it'll just stop.

No, the game won't just stop when the timer his 999:59. I know a few AR owners who've maxed out the timer on the game and it runs fine and I don't think the internal battery runs out after 999 hours and 59 minutes of game play. The only thing that will happen when you reach the max time is that the timer will no longer advance, which doesn't really have any effect on the game.

Okay, the question is pretty simple, and it has been answered a few times. Also, most posts don't even have to do with the question.
