Cradily- [def or sp.def + / sp.atk -] @ leftovers
EV: Anything but speed and sp.atk
-toxic
-rock slide
-recover
-protect

I still prefer Cradily to be more defensive... really don't use rock slide unless you have to.

Armaldo- [atk + / sp.atk -] @ quick claw/leftovers
EV: Hp, atk, def
-rock blast
-swords dance
-HP Bug
-earthquake

Rock blast is like signature move... use it. Sub-mauling!

Walrein- [sp.atk + / speed -] @ leftovers
EV: Anything but speed
-yawn
-surf
-ice beam
-rest
(highly flexible... really it can do a lot better than this but I don't know what you need)

Curse is obtainable via Torkoal/Slowbro *coughSlowbrohasYawntoocough*

ok thanks. but how bout agron?

rock blast?y i USE IT. its a really weak atk. i rather go with aincientpower.

thanks, i really like cradilys recover moveset since im breeding it with a recoveringcorsola rite now:D

Frostweaver June 18th, 2004 11:25 PM

blah... forgot him...

Aggron- [atk + / sp.atk -] @ leftovers
EV: Atk, def, hp
-protect
-counter (gotta kill thsoe dactyls with it)
-earthquake
-rock slide

Rock blast's number is weak, but enough to OHKO my gyarados, salamence, and 2HKO my P2, Zangoose... you know. It's not "that" strong [/sarcasm] But seriously... rock blast is a signature move that's worth your time to try out. Its special ability lies in the power to break a substitute, which is enough of a selling point to sacrifice a bit of power for.

I have an annoying Cradily

Quiet nature (u tell me what that does to the atack and stuff =P)

Suction Cups (duh)

Conf00ze Ray
Recova
Giga Drain
EQ

stewie&rupert June 19th, 2004 9:01 AM

alrite then i go with rock blast(i like signiture moves anyways).

the three atks on that cradily r good but y would u have giga drain and recover in together. in the end ull get HP from both. wats EQ tig i dont understand.

IceKitten June 19th, 2004 10:23 AM

EQ is Earthquake!!!!1111oneoneone!!!!!1111

Sorry I'm hyper today...

Frostweaver June 19th, 2004 10:52 AM

Nah... rock slide over earthquake regardless of whatever you do... Unmentionable S and Unmentionable W are both immune to Earthquake and Toxic together... Both of them are also resistance to Giga drain, so the best option is still rock slide.

Giga drain is sometimes used to get Vaporeons, but I don't bother really...

Yes but I have a good SkarmBliss counter fire pogey as well as Cradily

*CoughBlazikenCough*

and you forgot their little brother: unmentionable W

Plus, you aren't fighting a team with just 2 of them... blaziken is indeed capable of getting that combo, but then switching from cradily to blaziken means a 25% dmg on switch due to spike, and you can get either toxic, twaved or drill pecked on switch. If any of those 3 moves hit blaziken successfully, that blaziken is as good as useless. Plus blaziken is so easy to destroy it's not even funny...
