What are the EVs of your Pokemon? And is this for in-game only or competitive battling?
[email protected] Scarf
Adamant
EVS: 252 Att/252 Spd/6 HP
-Fire Fang
-Thunder Fang/Spark
-Ice Fang
-Crunch

With his nice 252 base Attack, he can hit alot of things with the fangs Spark's there because it has more accuracy than Thunder Fang. Max speed and CS, he can outspeed many Pokes, and can be a major threat.

[email protected] Orb
Jolly
EVS: 252 Att/252 Spd/6 Sp. Def
-Fire Fang/Stone Edge
-Dragon Claw
-Earthquake
-Swords Dance

You said you'd be getting Life Orb, so Garchomp doesn't need Adamant and seems pretty good. Jolly for some nice Speed, Stone Edge depending on what you want to kill.

I'm not so good with Inferape.

[email protected] Sash/Leftovers/Salac Berry
Adamant
EVS: 252 Att/ 252 Spd/ 6 HP
-Close Combat
-ExtremeSpeed
-Reversal
-Swords Dance

Return on anyone but a normal type=FAIL. I like MixedCario more, but meh.

[email protected] Sash
EVS: 252 Sp. Att/ 252 Spd/ 6 HP
-Leaf Storm
-Shadow Ball
-Weather Ball/Solarbeam
-Sunny Day

Yeah, she won't last long unless there's a swith, so take advantage of her sweet Sp. Attack, Sunny Day and Weather Ball or Solarbeam away.

And as for a water type, Gyarados is always good, but I pefer Feraligatr.

Azonic October 27th, 2007 5:21 AM

[email protected] Orb
Trait: Sand Veil
Nature: Naive
EVs: 252 Attack / 252 Speed / 4 Special Attack
- Fire Blast
- Earthquake
- Dragon Claw
- Swords Dance

[email protected] Specs
Nature: Timid
EVs: 252 Special Attack / 252 Speed / 4 HP
- Leaf Storm
- Energy Ball
- HP Ice
- Shadowball

There are plenty. Not everything needs to be bred, some Pokemon don't even have egg moves.

RR☆Oresama October 28th, 2007 8:17 AM

Gee, thanks! Still need another rating for someone like me who is at 11, but is a SERIOUS Pokemon trainer, without the belief of natures. I am like Ash, but I would like to be a little more experienced than him.

sims796 October 28th, 2007 8:20 AM

If you want me to be specific, I can't think of non breeding moves right now, but as for the water type poke...Milotic!

You have all sweepers, and you need some defence. Milotic should help.

EDIT:You will never be a good COMPETITIVE battler if you ignore natures.

Natures isn't a cheap gimmick, nor are EV/IV. If you wanna be great, study those. Natures can make or break your pokemon.

RR☆Oresama October 28th, 2007 8:22 AM

Thanks, Sims! I think I really do need a Wall! But Tanks...

If you are really serious, I would strongly advise you to study on natures, EV & IV.

This is not like the show. Don't think that a pokemon with bad natures can be just as good as a pokemon with good natures. Those with lousy natures can't take advantage of their moves. So you mustn't try to be like Ash in thinking "hey, a poke can be great if you work at it!" You must work at it AND be compettitive.

RR☆Oresama October 28th, 2007 7:34 PM

Yes I know. Blah. I'll have to strategize more as well. But anyways, it is good to have a brave Luxray with 248 Attack, right?

sims796 October 28th, 2007 7:44 PM

Brave, eh. It reduces SPEED. I'm sure there are better, but I can't remember.

RR☆Oresama October 28th, 2007 9:39 PM

Well, I might've wanted 4 Sweeps and a Tank, so...
