˚° ﺎ ﮟ סּ ﻛ °˚ October 31st, 2007 10:45 AM

id say

Metagross @ Leftovers
Trait: Clear Body
EVs: 112 HP / 252 Atk / 146 Spd
Adamant Nature (+Atk, -SAtk)
- Earthquake
- Meteor Mash
- Explosion
- Agility

luke October 31st, 2007 10:59 AM

You're team has a huge Mixape weakness so I'm gonna suggest you use someone else. The only counter you have is Salamence. Not much of a counter. You honestly don't have a wall so I suggest investing in one. One that counters Infernape specifically. X.x;

kennykennz October 31st, 2007 11:08 AM

ok but still that doesnt answer the question which shud i use metagross or leafeon?

Neither, actually. Infernape destroys both of them. Invest in a wall, preferably one that isn't weak to Fighting or Fire.

Neither IMO. Like the above poster said...I'm bad with names...you need walls. your team isbn't gonna last no matter which one you choose. Get bulk...

Skarmory (M) @ Leftovers ** Ironwing
Trait: Sturdy
EVs: 252 HP / 4 Atk / 252 Def
Impish Nature (+Def, -SAtk)
- Drill Peck
- Rest
- Roar
- Spikes

Blissey (F) @ Leftovers ** Blisspuff
Trait: Natural Cure
EVs: 252 HP / 252 Def / 4 SDef
Bold Nature (+Def, -Atk)
- Aromatherapy
- Seismic Toss
- Softboiled
- Thunder Wave

skarmbliss. I don't use the standard skarm really...as far as EVs and the set I guess...but yeah. Other options for walls include claydol, steelix, forretress, donphan
(though it's more of a tank), milotic, dusknoir, and tangrowth. Get a physical and special wall to have a chance at surviving. don't add umbreon, as it fails in 4th gen. Hercross, newly equiped with close combat 2HKOs it, Vire, Staraptor, infernape...CBblissey all hurt umbreon horribly.

Leafeon is just a weaker torterra IMO...its only upsides bweing it gets wish and isn't 4x weak to ice beam. I don't recommend it.

Metagross is a great tank and possibly physical sweeper, depending on your set. I'd use agiligross, which somebody has already posted.

I said don't use either. Take heed to Anti's suggestions. I'd suggest Dusknoir as he's not vulnerable to any of Infernape's STAB attacks and Grass Knot/Stone Edge. Just watch out for Infernape with this set-up:

[email protected] Life Orb/Expert Belt
Nature: Naive
Trait: Blaze
EV Spread: EVs are divided between ATK, SPD, and SPATK.

Close Combat
Flamethrower / Fire Blast
Grass Knot
Nasty Plot

Every team should be prepared to face this beast.

Shiraishi October 31st, 2007 11:54 AM

Skarm/Bliss/Dol is incredibly scary. Of course, Grass knot won't OHKO but Claydol's EQ might :D

luke October 31st, 2007 11:57 AM

True Shiraishi. Just watch out if it has a Nasty Plot under its belt. Like most Pokemon, it becomes incredibly dangerous with a stat boost.

No. Jesus Christ, that is the worst Porygon Z moveset I have ever seen in my entire life. Also, what does Porygon Z have to do with this thread? The OP needs a wall, not... whatever the heck this is.

Nononononononononononononononononononononononononono.

the last you will see.

Just no. Never. ever. Lock on + zap cannon is more fail than CB blissey...almost. thunder wave + thunderbolt is much better :/ Lum berry wakes you up the first time. Problem is, YOU CAN'T USE RECYCLE WHEN YOU'RE ASLEEP.

Try the standard choice scarfer or nasty plot version :/

luke October 31st, 2007 12:06 PM

Honestly, that's a really bad Porygon-Z set-up. x.x;

Porygon-Z used Lock-On.
Opponent switched in Heracross (with Choice Scarf).
Heracross used Close Combat.
Porygon-Z fainted.

Way to NOT read what we said. *sigh*

You don't have to listen, but totally ignoring us is lolololol

EDIT: you have about 5 sweepers...Walrein gets creamed in OU, take it out.

Just...have two walls, 2-3 sweepers, a tank, and maybe something like a BPer. depends on personal preference. I use a physical tank, sweeper and wall...and then a special tank, sweeper, and wall.

ultradarkrai October 31st, 2007 12:19 PM

i thought youd like that porygon z

but you do have a point loqua city... the heracross could kill it after lock on

good point

It's Loquacity. One word. =] Tyranitar, Weavile, Walrein, and Lucario - ALL WEAK TO FIGHTING-TYPE ATTACKS. Heracross, Infernape, CS-Staraptor will practically KO your entire team.

You need a complete team revamp my friend.

FYI: Fighting-type attacks are one of the more common, if not the most common, type of attack used. So that huge of a weakness = DEATH!

UGH MY ENGLISH SUX0RS TODAY!
