Ah, a Trick Room team? In that case, you may want to give your Pokemon -Speed natures, to be more able of taking advantage of Trick Room, in addition to low Speed IVs.

Red_Star_Chris November 1st, 2007 11:36 AM

Yeah, it is a Trick Room Team.

Anti November 1st, 2007 11:38 AM

No special defense EVs on rhyinferior. they're a waste. Put them into HP and defense. Consider focus punch over avalanche.

Dark Azelf November 1st, 2007 11:43 AM

On Regice Leftovers > Chesto Berry, it seriously needs that extra hp recovery in D/P due to Nasty Plotters and a weakness to Stealth Rock. You have sleep talk for attacking whilst asleep therefore Chesto isnt needed.

Anti November 1st, 2007 12:01 PM

Chestorest is terrible...what is up with machamp's EVs? Try max attack...

Trick Teams. Quite "trick"y (hehe...) to pull off. It seems that no matter how slow my Pokemon are, somehow the opponent has a slower Pokemon capable of sweeping away half my team. But in it's defense, I have seen some success with it as well. On Slowbro, I prefer:

[email protected]
Nature: Relaxed (Normally Bold, but since you have Trick Room support Relaxed is preferred)
EVs: 252 HP / 180 DEF / 78 SPATK
Trait: Own Tempo

Surf
Hidden Power [Electric / Grass] / Ice Beam
Calm Mind
Slack Off

While I understand it's difficult to obtain the proper Hidden Power, the benefits are astounding. No doubt, the 70 BP Hidden Power on my Slowbro has helped me down numerous Gyarados, Milotic, and Vaporeon. Try to switch into a Pokemon you feel will switch and use Calm Mind. Then, for the first few turns, use a combination of Slack Off and Calm Mind to achieve o0ber-Bulky status. Most (not here on PC however as my Wi-Fi on Campus doesn't work with my DS =[ ) have come to fear my Slowbro. =P

I'm not too fond of Liechi Berry on Machamp. In my experience, Choice Band or (*gaspeth*) Muscle Band have proven more effective. Then again, I prefer a bulkier set-up on my Machamp, so he usually doesn't get down to low enough of Health to use Liechi. =[

[email protected] Muscle Band/Choice Band
Nature: Adamant / Brave (In your case)
Trait: No Guard
EV Spread: 252 ATK / 162 HP / 80 DEF / 16 SPDEF

Dynamicpunch
Ice Punch
Thunderpunch
Earthquake / Stone Edge

I also suggest you attempt to keep your Bronzong alive as long as possible as your team could potentially be KO'd by a Fast Sweeper late in the game (AKA DARNED INFERNAPE). So, I also suggest keeping at least one of your Pokemon with a non-speed reducing Nature in case Trick Room support is gone and you might need to outrun someone.

Red_Star_Chris November 1st, 2007 1:18 PM

Thanks man. That might work.

luke November 1st, 2007 1:22 PM

Actually, you might want to consider replacing Thunderpunch for Fire Punch to help deal with Bronzong who will switch in and abuse the Trick Room you set up.

Red_Star_Chris November 1st, 2007 1:25 PM

Yeah. I will try that too.

Anymore comments or help with this team?

We would've mentioned them had we had something to say, eh? your regice needs to drop the dang chesto berry X_x

Archer November 2nd, 2007 8:13 PM

You may want to consider what to do if you lose both of your Trickroomers. You are going to want a backup plan. Nice overall though.
Regice - sleep talk + chesto = no. Boltbeaming is made to cover types that are resisted by the other type. So you get a 1/3 chance of using the right move. Swap sleep talk for CalmMind or something.

Red_Star_Chris November 3rd, 2007 12:08 AM

Hmm...Hard thing to even be successful. Okay, I wll replace Chesto Berry on Regice for Leftovers.
