DD's Team (RMT)

Gyarados @ Leftovers
Adamant Nature
EVs: 252 Atk, 252 Spd, 6 HP

Waterfall
Taunt
Earthquake
Dragon Dance

Physical Sweeper/Dark Half of Gyaravire Combo. Set off a DD before beginning to sweep, maybe two depending on the situation. Taunt to prevent psuedo-hazing from Skarmory etc.

Electivire @ Expert Belt
Lonely Nature
EVs: 252 Atk, 252 Spd, 6 HP

Cross Chop/Brick Break
Ice Punch
ThunderBolt
Earthquake

Physical Sweeper/Light half of Gyaravire Combo. Primary use: Good type coverage, hence Expert Belt. Secondary use: Gyaravire combo. Use Gyarados to lure an Electric move, gain the Speed Boost with Motor Drive, sweep. Brick Break could be considered over Cross Chop, sacrificing power for reliability. T-Bolt for Skarmory, Weezing etc.

Roserade @ Choice Specs/Scarf
Timid Nature
EVs: 252 Sp. Atk, 252 Spd, 6 HP

Energy Ball
Shadow Ball
Sludge Bomb
Extrasensory

Special Sweeper. Good type coverage, Extrasensory expands this further.

Swampert @ Leftovers
Impish Nature
EVs: 252 HP, 252 Def, 6 Atk

Earthquake
Waterfall
Stealth Rock
Roar/Protect

Tank/Bulky Water. EQ/Waterfall for STAB moves, Stealth Rock and Roar combo/Psuedo-haze. Roar could be replaced for Protect to scout Choice Sets.

Cloyster @ Leftovers
Impish Nature
EVs: 252 HP, 200 Def, 58 Atk

Ice Shard
Rapid Spin
Explosion
Iron Defence

Physical Wall. Ice Shard to get round its abysmal speed, and to put dents in Salamence and Garchomp. Rapid Spin to get rid of Spikes. Explosion when he's about to die. Iron Defence to boost Defence, and as cover for the average HP stat. Got to watch out for T-Bolt and other Special Electric/Grass Moves.

Blissey @ Leftovers
Bold Nature
EVs: 252 Def, 252 Sp. Atk, 6 HP

Calm Mind/Thunderbolt
Ice Beam
Softboiled
Aromatherapy

Special Wall. Basically self-explanatory. Ice Beam for attacking. Calm Mind could be dropped for Thunderbolt. Got to watch out for all Physical Moves, especially Close Combat.

All these guys are finished, except for the finishing touches are needed on Swampert's moveset. The only doubt I have is that my Roserade doesn't have Natural Cure, and despite being Timid, It's Speed is only just higher than Sp. Atk. Suggest I rebreed?

I am open for all suggestions on these guys, constructive criticism accepted. ;)

Rest looks fine and ready to kick some arse, but

Roserade @ Choice Specs
Modest/Timid
EVs: 4 HP / 252 SPATK / 252 SPD
Ability: Natural Cure
-Leaf Storm
-Sludge Bomb
-Shadow Ball
-Hidden Power [Fire/Ice]

Leaf storm hits harder than Energy Ball

For Cloyster

-Ice Shard
-Explosion
-Spikes / Toxic Spikes
-Rapid Spin

Iron Defense is unreliable they could just easily switch out to a special sweeper or something. *Gengar, Alakazam hint hint*

Changes are in bold

Just Note that Calm Mind Blissey fails, honestly you get hammered before it can do anything due to personal experience on shoddy battle.

Lum Berry on Gyarados for the common Gengar leads

Or Wacan Berry

Anti November 3rd, 2007 6:38 AM

Use Dark Azelf's gyara set...please. No iron defense on cloyster.

Syaoran November 3rd, 2007 9:17 AM

Your team can be really screwed by a Heracross and Stealth Rock.. after the opponent sets Stealth Rock, a CC can kill your rapid spinner (Cloyster). Even Salamence is not afraid to switch in, expecting spikes most likely, intimidating, and then KO'ing with Draco Meteor. Ice Shard won't KO. Stealth Rock will take care of Gyarados switching in Heracross CC, but there's always the change the opponent will use Stone Edge. I would suggest Starmie instead of Cloyster, your team is lacking in the speed department (you can't always assume Electivire will get the speed boost).

give cloyster CB. CB ice shard + explosion makes a good use of something that was meant to die.
