This is a godsend. When my hand's ridiculously full, this thing helps me keep the one card I need and get rid of the 10+ I don't. It's much better than Oak's Research, but tbh it depends what deck you run. In mine, it's very useful indeed, so I'm giving it 8/10.

It's the best Professor Supporter I've seen. Usually, you don't get to keep that one card that might break the game when you shuffle/dump your hand.

7/10 for me. Depending the deck, be higher.

You ditch a hand except for 1 card and get back 4??? Thats puny. You're better off playing something like TVR/Bills and get 3 for the loss of 1 card.
The only benefit I can see this card having is stop you decking out, which is kind of difficult to do in modified anyway. Only getting 4 back also gives you a pretty slim chance of drawing somethng worthwhile.

...I'm surprised nobody pointed this out: what if you only have that one card in your hand? Then you're basically getting four cards for zero cost, and that isn't that bad at all.

9/10

Two points I'd like to make:

1) With most modified decks its pretty difficult to end up with 0 or 1 card in a hand. The ratios in it are usually in such a ratio that things can't be played in the same turn (supporters, gyms, energies & your more than likely to be holding back cards you can't use (evolutions) or want to save). Eitherway 4 free cards isn't really that much of a feat, Galatics Wager, Copycat and POR would outshine it.

2) At the bottom of the card it clearly states : "If this is the only card in your hand, you can't play this card" ¬_¬
Restrictions like this are a bummer. Especially when you desperately need to draw.

I meant if the card that you select was the only card left in your hand, duh. I doubt it would be too difficult to get down to two cards in your hand, though--three or four Basics, a Trainer, an Energy, and *poof* you're down to two.

Perhaps not something I'd use early game, but when you're about to get outdecked, this card is a lifesaver. You should always have some way of shuffling cards back into your deck just in case and this is a good card for that purpose. I'd personally take the risk and run Team Galactic's Wager though, but that's a matter of preference. 8/10

With all the speed drawing cards around, (Speed Stadium, TV Reporter, Bill's Maintenance etc) ending up with only 2 cards in your hand really isn't easy unless your opponent uses cards like Empoleon level X, Misdreavus, Purugly and friends.
