ReflectGoossssssssse. Explodes when done.Hmm Agiligross is good but I'm not really one to comment on this, I'm not very familar.

~Special Wall~

Blissey @ Leftovers
Trait: Natural Cure
Bold nature(+Sp.Def -Atk)
EVs: 252 Def/216 HP/44 Sp.Atk

- Thunder Wave
- Softboiled
- Seismic Toss
- Ice Beam

PINK BLOB BAYBEH!!! I think the Standard works better here, I'm not sure how much Sp. Atk EV's to give to Ice Beaming Blissey though. Blissey's not as an effective Wish passer as You'd think.

~Physical Wall~

Tangrowth @ Leftovers
Trait: Chlorophyll
Impish nature(+Def -Sp.Atk)
EVs: 252HP / 56Atk / 140Def / 52Sp.Def

- Power Whip
- Sleep Powder
- Stun Spore
- Knock Off / Leech Seed

Gyara/T-Tar counter, foos. Double-status dealer. The problem is whether Knock Off or Leech Seed....I don't know much about Ev's for this thing but I don't think the Sp. Def Ev's are nessecary. O ya, I say Leech Seed.

~Physical Sweeper~

Garchomp @ Choice Scarf
Trait: Sand Veil
Lonely nature(+Atk -Def)
EVs: 252Atk / 224Spd / 32Sp.Def

- Dragon Claw
- Crunch/Stone Edge
- Fire Blast
- Earthquake

A complete monster. Revenge-killer at its max. Awsomeness is right, I like Crunch better but thought I'd throw in Stone Edge anyways. Dragon Claw>>>>Outrage

~Mixed Sweeper~

Gyarados @ Leftovers/Expert Belt/ Muscle Band
Trait: Intimidate
Adamant/Jolly nature(+Atk -Spd)
EVs: 252 Atk/252 SPD/6 HP

- Waterfall
- Earthquake
- Roar/Taunt/Ice Fang
- DD

I dunno. Wanted to try thing thang out. Works pretty well with Wish from Blissey. Counters Breloom and Heracross. I think your worrying too much, this works but I think it'd be better if you run the standard. Of course, your going to surprise alot of people this way.

I'm not sure about the standard EV set here because I forget easily but they're might be room for some HP Ev's here.

~Special Sweeper~

Alakazam @ Petaya Berry
Trait: Synchronize
Timid nature(+Spd -Atk)
EVs: 4HP / 252Sp.Atk / 252Spd

- Psychic / Shadow Ball
- Focus Blast
- Substitute
- Encore

Completely walled by psychics unless I add Shadow Ball into the mix. Seems fun ;) Meh, I see the potenetial here in encoring and substituting. But it's not so much of a Special Sweeper than. I'll leave this as in but you might want to consider your options a little.

Meh, team. Rate, foos.

Comments in red because you already used the bold button XD. MAn I'm tired..............

Ársa November 15th, 2007 5:42 PM

I know for certain that if i was facing an Alakazam, i would take it out straight away. Alakazam is too frail for the Substitute + Encore combo. I know it is used a bit, but most Alakazam are straight out Special Sweepers.

[email protected] Belt
Mild
252 Sp. Atk, 176 HP, 82 Spd

Thunderbolt / HP (Ice)
Flamethrower
Substitute
Focus Punch

This is a good Sub Puncher, that can surprise Blissey and the like. Thunderbolt for those water types and flyers etc. HP Ice does a great job on Salamence, Dragonite, Garchomp and those types of threats. Subpunch is good for Tyranitar too.

~M51

Waffle-San November 15th, 2007 5:48 PM

Well Is ee what he's trying to do but if you substiture than encore a move that's going to break your substitute, which is most likely, than your Encore's failed. I'm guessing your hoping to switch in on somehting that's just DDed or something. IN that case you'll have to keep your Speed EV's, and to pull it off properally I think your going to need to give it some Defense/Hp boosts.

I'd go with M51 Magmortar there if you don't want to change it though.

I still suggest the straight out special Sweeping set

Oddball November 15th, 2007 5:56 PM

LOLWUT Goldeen = Gyarados?

I was thinking that, too. Also, Magmortar, is a fat hunk of junk; it's too slow (ironically, Electivire is wayyyyyyyyy heavier). It needs a Scarf.

A fat hunk of jumk that could probably mow through half the teams made here, but nobody uses it...no glaring weaks, though me likey CBgross ;)

Ársa November 15th, 2007 6:41 PM

I use that Magmortar. :) (That's why I posted it...)

The problem is that I can't find anywhere to fit it in my team >_>.

Ársa November 15th, 2007 6:46 PM

Take out one of your Sweepers...

It works as a mixed sweeper with the Focus punch. I posted it as a replacement for your Alakazam btw.

Arcknight316 November 15th, 2007 8:10 PM

WTH I just realized something: GYARADOS has HYDRO PUMP?????!!!! Gahhhhhhhhhhhhhhh!

Samson November 15th, 2007 8:54 PM

nice, i thought i was the only one to give metagross reflect.

Eos Aduro November 15th, 2007 9:04 PM

I still prefer Agiligross, or put Thunderpunch in there instead, but I suppose it could work, woth the correct planning. Blisseys set i have faced, and I have to say that standard is better, plus an Aromatherapist is always good. Well, if you hate standards, that set is good.

Samson November 15th, 2007 9:07 PM

oh wow i just needed to point this out -- giving blissey anything other than bold is suicide ._.

I realize that. But it needs all the Sp.Def it can get. Remember now, the power of special attacking has risen up a lot since last gen. It needs all the help it can get to stand up to SpecsLuke's Aura Sphere, Nasty Plot Togekiss's Aura Sphere, and yes even my Bliss can survive a Specs Adaptablity Hyper Beam from a Modest Porygon-Z.

Just my two cents =)

Eos Aduro November 15th, 2007 9:26 PM

But you;d get KO'd by an un-ev trained Rattata with Tackle. You NEED the defense, or else, you are one screwed little trainer.

any blissey can survive any of those hits and just softboil it off. specs adaptability HB from porygon doesn't OHKO blissey. porygon Z needs 2 Nasty Plots before it can do that.

but then again, you do have reflect. you better hope metagross doesn't die off so suddenly.

flamehaze94 November 15th, 2007 9:31 PM

Why would you leave Blissey into a physical attack anyways? >_>

Also, I could do that for my specific team because of Reflect support and that 252HP backing me up doesn't lie. Besides, I already put on 216Def EVs just to be on the safe side =)

It doesn't need to 0HKO. It will 2HKO. And a wall isn't a wall unless it can switch into an attack. If I try to switch in, I I lose half my health, or even worse. Then they kill me the next turn.

Edit:And I meant Nasty Plot for Pory.

Samson November 16th, 2007 10:21 AM

well that's pretty much the point. if you let a porygon Z use 2 nasty plots, you deserve to lose XD

but seriously, if he uses hyperbeam, you're forgetting that it leaves him unable to attack you the following turn. you paralyze, then softboiled ._.

your blissey with protect would actually make it EASIER for a porygon to sweep your team. the silly PorygonZ sets with Salac Berry that always fail would actually love your Blissey, reducing its HP w/ seismic toss to the perfect amount after it uses Nasty Plot a couple times. of course, you're prepared for that with a scarf chomp and encore Zam, but don't think that your blissey set is any more suited to handle porygon Z than the standard.

Dark Azelf November 16th, 2007 10:37 AM

Garchomp @ Choice Scarf
Trait: Sand Veil
Lonely nature(+Atk -Def)
EVs: 252Atk / 224Spd / 32Def

- Outrage
- Stone Edge
- Fire Blast
- Earthquake

Stone Edge. Always, i use this and i find Gyarados laughs at you otherwise.
Also i prefer putting those 32 Sp.Def evs in def to balance out your defenses since your running lonely nature.

Oh yea speaking of Gyarados

[email protected]
212 HP / 16 ATT / 180 DEF / 100 SPEED
Adamant Nature
- Ice Fang / Waterfall
- Earthquake / Stone Edge
- Taunt
- Dragon Dance

Bulky Gyarados, made to switch into Heracross and Garchomp it also makes a great lead thanks to its ability. Waterfall and Stone Edge OR Ice Fang and Earthquake work together in terms of coverage.

[email protected] Specs
Timid Nature
252 SP.ATT / 252 SPEED / 6 HP
- Focus Blast
- Shadow Ball
- Psychic
- Energy Ball / Grass Knot / Hidden power Ice

Specs is the best set Alakazam runs.

Tangrowth @ Leftovers
Trait: Chlorophyll
Impish nature(+Def -Sp.Atk)
EVs: 252HP / 252 DEF / 6 ATT
- Power Whip
- Sleep Powder
- Leech Seed
- Knock Off / Stun Spore

Wall 101. Either Knock off or Stun Spore. It NEEDS Leech Seed. Max Def and Max Hp. Always

Metagross @ Leftovers / Life Orb
Trait: Clear Body
Adamant nature(+Atk -Sp.Atk)
EVs: 152 HP / 106 SPEED / 252 ATT
- Earthquake
- Explosion / Thunderpunch / Ice Punch /Bullet Punch / Pursuit / Zen headbutt
- Meteor Mash
- Agility

Agiligross is better IMO. You also lack up a back up sweeper for Garchomp which is bad when your locked into a move with scarf

Blissey @ Leftovers
Trait: Natural Cure
Bold Nature
EVs: 148hp/252def/4spd/104spatk
- Protect
- Wish
- Seismic Toss
- Ice Beam

Standard. Max Def. Always

I was gonna quote you and put changes in bold, however my quote button doesnt seem to be working..

Is that a novelty set for Blissey? It isn't Standard. Anyways, i'm gonna be like you and ditch Aromatherapy on this Set. What was the reason, again?

Blissey @ Leftovers (F)
Trait: Natural Cure
EV's: 252 HP / 252 Def / 6 Sp.Atk
Bold Nature (+Def, -Atk)
- Thunder Wave
- Seismic Toss
- Ice Beam / Thunderbolt
- Softboiled... I didn't put any Atk EV's becaue Seismic Toss's Base Damage is already set to 100... Everything else seems to be covered.

No the set i gave is from smogon, its standard on a Wish Blissey that runs Ice Beam so it can OHKO Garchomp..

The reason for Ice Beam is so that Dragons dont see Blissey as set up fodder.
