Whats his Name?!

NAME!!!! =(

%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%

Hippowdon@Leftovers
Nature - Impish
Trait - Sandstream
Moves -
- Earthquake
- Ice Fang/Stone Edge/Thunder Fang
- Slack Off
- Stealth Rock

%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%

Drapion@Shuca Berry
Nature - Impish
Trait - Sniper
Moves -
- Toxic Spikes
- Ice Fang/Thunder Fang
- Pursuit/Ice Fang/Thunder Fang
- Brick Break

%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%

Blissey@Leftovers
Nature - Bold
Trait - Natural Cure
Moves -
- Protect
- Counter
- Wish
- Aromatherapy

%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%

Aerodactyl@Choice Band
Nature - Jolly
Trait - Pressure
Moves -
- Stone Edge
- Earthquake
- Pursuit
- Thunder Fang/Ice Fang

Switches in on Earthquakes on Drapion and punishes them with Pursuit

%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%

Starmie@Petaya Berry
Nature - Timid
Trait - Natural Cure
Moves -
- Rapid Spin
- Surf
- Grass Knot
- Ice Beam/Thunderbolt

Grass Knot is only there for the murderous Swampert of doom. Starmie switches in on Water-type moves used against Aerodactyl or Hippowdon. Also switches in on Fighting moves on Cradily and Blissey.

%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%

Cradily@Leftovers
Nature - Relaxed
Trait - Suction Cups
Moves -
- Mirror Coat
- Recover
- Rock Slide
- Protect

What threatens poor Starmie? ;_; Electric type moves! Most likely to be a BoltBeamer, if the boltbeamer stays, then I'll gladly Mirror Coat since it will survive an Ice Beam from Sandstream boost. Protect to see if they are actually Beaming me.

%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%

The team is rushed, it may have some horrible sides to it. The SkarmBliss weakness will be covered by Blissey being trapped by Pursuit on Aerodactyl. This team was made to deliver a large amount of Indirect damage, Blissey's Wish/Protect gives her heal, Drapion and Starmie heals with Wish pass, and Protect on Cradily and Blissey deals a few more indirect damage. I am looking forward to getting Fire Fang on Aerodactyl because of the Steel type weakness this team has.

No Rates? ;_; Oh come on now..

Drapion can effectively use both EQ & Swords Dance.

And why haven't you replied to my PM? If you don't, I'll kidnap the Colinel. Then I'll control all 11 herbs & spices...

95 Base Speed isn't always the best, but I'll consider it

You can't kidnap Colonel Sanders, he'll run away with 999 MPH like he did from the Football players!! =P

It's better than Vire's 9I think O_o), Pory Z's, and heracross's. that's pretty good.

sims796 November 15th, 2007 6:48 PM

95? I thought it was lower. He's viable for a Choice Scarf.

Faceless* November 15th, 2007 6:50 PM

He needs to set up Toxic Spikes ._. this team was kind of meant for Indirect damaging completely

Electivire has 95 Speed, same as his XD

Earthquake just might be much better over Brick Break.. but I ran out of TM's unfortunately =(

Anti November 15th, 2007 6:51 PM

Toxic spikes I don't recommend. A cleric just WHAMS the poison away, and spinners lol at it even more than with SR and spikes.

Good point, perhaps I need to add the ghost, Dusknoir that have failed me so many times by missing Will-o-Wisp? T_T No, that wasn't sarcasm. Dusknoir could replace ... something.. which would you replace?

Clerics are slightly less common. Slightly.

If you need EQ, I have it.

flamehaze94 November 15th, 2007 6:55 PM

I don't know why Toxic Spikes is looked down upon. It's the most lethal if used in the right hands.

Yes, it's the reason I even started to EV train the Drapion and create this team, I wanted an infinite amount of indirect damage

sims796 November 15th, 2007 7:00 PM

Doesn't Gengar eat up Toxic Spikes?

Or Any Flying types that eats Ice Fang/Thunder Fang from my Tanks of death =)

Thats the reason there is also Stelath Rock and Sandstorm for indirect damage ^^

No, Toxic Spikes won't get absorbed because it has Levitate.

Yes. As do steels. Really, there are better ways to do indirect damage. T. spikes aren't horrible, they just aren't particularly good...unless they don't have a cleric ;)

Faceless* November 15th, 2007 7:02 PM

Any suggestions on which Pokemon to replace for Dusknoir to eat up Rapid Spins?

sims796 November 15th, 2007 7:03 PM

Plus, Heracross looooooves it.

flamehaze94 November 15th, 2007 7:04 PM

*sigh*

Could you guys please read my posts before posting some yourselves?

Gengar won't absorb T. Spikes because it has Levitate, therefore it doesn't even touch him.

Steels don't "absorb" T.Spikes. They are just immune.

Faceless* November 15th, 2007 7:05 PM

Valid point, Hippowdon can wall Heracross or if it isn't Scarfed, I'll catch Herocross with Aerodactyl =)

This team does have a Heracross weakness... Gliscor?

We read your post. It DOES absorb Toxic Spikes-its Poison type characteristics comes first.

This I don't know for a fact, but I think that if there immune, it goes away.

flamehaze94 November 15th, 2007 7:13 PM

Gengar doesn't absorb it.

And if your immune, it doesn't go away. It will still affect your team if you switch-out.

Eos Aduro November 15th, 2007 9:11 PM

Flamehaze, whats one of the most common rapid-spinners? Thats riiiight, Forretress, it gets no damage, and then RS it away. I guess its ok to have it, but I think that Sniper+Night Slash on Drapion is pretty good.

Faceless* November 16th, 2007 1:09 PM

The purpose of Drapion ALSO is to obliterate Grass types/Water types with Poison/Thunder Fang attack

Dark Azelf November 16th, 2007 1:31 PM

You may want an offensive move there on Blissey, or it'll be set up fodder.

Faceless* November 16th, 2007 1:42 PM

Ice Beam over Aromatherapy?
