To a guy whos new at this...
Alright, I'm not going to lie I suck at Pokemon and only thanks to Serebii.net can i understand how to actually beat people. Please rate my team and constructive criticism only. I dont want to hear. Your team sucks. My team pwns... if you actually say that then u must have no friends...
*Note Im too lazy to put stats but mostly none of the following have max evs: Garchomp: Choice band, Outrage, Fire Fang, Earthquake, Stone Edge Adamant, Sand Veil Luxray: Iron Tail, Thunderbolt, thunder wave, crunch, intimidate, Lum Berry Infernape: Overheat, Grass knot, Stone Edge, close combat, Life Orb Heracross: Choice scarf, Close Combat, Mega Horn, Stone Edge, Shadow claw Gengar: Wise Glasses, Shadow Ball, Psychic, focus blast hypnosis Lucario: Aura Sphere, Dark Pulse, Dragon Pulse, Calm Mind, Expert belt Soon to be replaced By: Porygon-Z: Nasty Plot, Ice Beam, Tri Attack, thunderbolt, expert belt. In the future, please use the following layout
Pokemon @ Item Ability: ??? EVs: ??? (Pretty much required if you actually want people to rate your teams) Nature: ??? - Move 1 - Move 2 - Move 3 - Move 4 Thank you. Quote:
Gyarados pulls a one-man army on that team, and so do a LOT of Choice-Powered Attackers. |

QFT You don't need walls, you need synergy and experience to make them function together as a team. |
There is nothing wrong with having a Team of sweepers...
A Skarmbliss Team coupled with a Decent Physical and Special Sweeper would account for this team easily, especially considering (by the looks of it) his lack of experience... All of these move sets are either off serebii or smogon... ~M51 |
Use the proper format next time kthx?
Luxray see: Iceman3k's set Garchomp @ Choice Scarf <--True it works better with scarf set =\ (only tried it once and it works quite well) Adamant EVs: 16 HP / 252 ATK / 240 SPD -Outrage -Earthquake -Stone Edge -Fire Fang Your common Scarfchomp set, Outrage pwnage thx Infernape @Life Orb Naive EVs: 24 ATK / 252 SPATK / 232 SPD -Flamethrower -Close Combat -Nasty Plot -Grass Knot Mixed Nape set, movesets are quite self explanatory Heracross @ Choice Scarf / Band Adamant EVs: 6 HP / 252 ATK / 252 SPD Ability: Guts -Megahorn -Close Combat -Stone Edge -Pursuit One powerful cross set, Pursuit is self explanatory lawlz Gengar @ Focus Sash / Wide Lens / Wise Glasses Timid EVs: 6 HP / 252 SPATK / 252 SPD -Sludge Bomb / Hypnosis -Energy Ball / Focus Blast -Shadow Ball -Thunderbolt If you like your Focus Blast abuse go with WL with FC + Hypnosis Porygon-Z @ Choice Scarf Modest EVs: 6 HP / 252 SPATK / 252 SPD Ability: Adaptability -Tri-Attack -Thunderbolt -Ice Beam -Dark Pulse Common Z scarf set Quote:

Garchomp (M) @ Life Orb
Trait: Sand Veil EV's: 16 Atk / 240 Spd / 252 SpAtk Naughty Nature (+Atk, -SDef) - Swords Dance - Earthquake - Draco Meteor - Fire Blast. It's Chainchomp! XD. The idea is to trick the opponent into thinking it's a Physical Garchomp. Gengar (M) @ Wide Lens Trait: Levitate Timid Nature (+Spd, -Atk) - Hypnosis - Thunder - Focus Blast - Energy Ball. Porygon-Z (M) @ Choice Specs / Scarf Trait: Download Timid / Modest Nature - Thunderbolt - Dark Pulse - Ice Beam - Tri Attack. Expert Belt on Special Lucario? Lucario (M) @ Choice Specs Trait: Steadfast EV's: 4 Def / 252 SAtk / 252 Spd Modest Nature (+SAtk, -Atk) - Aura Sphere - Dark Pulse / Shadow Ball - Psychic - Dragon Pulse / Hidden Power Ice. Shadow Claw? No. Pursit / Night Slash. And perhaps Sleep Talk to abuse Guts. Infernape (M) @ Life Orb Trait: Blaze EV's: 24 Atk / 232 Spd / 252 SAtk) Naive Nature (+Spd, -SDef) - Nasty Plot - Flamethrower / Fire Blast - Grass Knot - Close Combat. |
I can see why you recommended Download instead of Adaptability on Por-Z, Itachi... That is to say, when faced with something with High Def, but low SDef, such as those freaky Steel-types, the increase in SAtk will make the boltbeam stronger, and even if Tri-Attack doesn't get the double STAB, it'll still be painful. Perfect for the late-game sweeper. Choise Scarf FTW!

Garchomp @ Life Orb
Trait: Sand Veil Nature: Naive EVs: 252 Speed / 228 Attack / 28 SAttack - Earthquake - Dragon Claw - Fire Blast - Swords Dance .Gengar @ Wide Lens Trait: Levitate Nature: Timid EVs: 252 SAttack / 252 Speed / 4 HP - Shadowball - Focus Blast - Hypnosis - Thunder / Thunderbolt |
Haha, Paraflinching Togekiss hits this team HARD! But all sweeper teams are fragile and cant fit together well enough to work against a tank like Snorlax.
