You only have 3 Pokemon. Why?

See sims796 regarding the EVs or whatever. He's the Vileplume Expert.

Starmie
Choice Specs
- Ice Beam
- Surf
- Grass Knot
- Thunderbolt
Why in god's name would you run Recover AND Rapid Spin on a Choice Specs set?

Flareon
Choice Band
- Fire Fang
- ???
- Return
- Fire Blast
Replace this.

Here's some advice:

- Fire Spin sucks. Smog Sucks. They only have 15 Base Power with 70 Accuracy. Why do you use them?
- Flareon's movepool is WAY too limited to use in serious play. Use something with more force, like maybe Infernape or Blaziken.
- DO NOT USE NON-ATTACKING MOVES ON CHOICE ATTACKING POKEMON.
- Never use Big Root. You'd get a better benefit from Leftovers (or Black Sludge, it depends)

Also, you need to post 3 more Pokemon.
Oh and btw, don't use big images. Just post the names. We all know what the Pokemon look like already.

Um. It's probably a BF/Battle Park Team. :P

Recover and Rapid Spin should never be on a Choiced set. So those out and put in Surf and Grass Knot / Psychic.

Fire Spin and Smog are bad. For the reasons that Iceman 3k stated above, and the fact that Flareon is holding a Choice Band.

Ok, so what should I use for my Starmie if I want to run a Rapid Spin / Recover moveset?

Leftovers. It would also need to be running a much more defensive EV Set.
I kind of forgot how I made it, so I'll need to edit it in later on.
