Your team lacks a wall/tank, all you have are sweepers...

Use a Skarmory/Foretress as the last spot. I'd recoment Tress.

Foretress @Leftovers
Relaxed Nature
EVs:252hp/124def/128spdef/4spattk

Zap Cannon
Gyro Ball
Stealth Rock/Spikes
Explosion

But what you really need is a Tank, if I were you, I'd put in a Rhyperior over T-Tar.

Rhyperior @Leftovers
Impish Nature
EVs:252hp/100def/156attk

EQ
Substitute
Avalanche
Thunder Fang/Stone Edge

Anti November 24th, 2007 11:46 PM

Um, no walls. Then again, the nly thing that matters in this metagame anymore if offense...I didn't say that!

Um, you're going to want to replace TTar (since snadstorm aint so hot with this team :/) and add a physical wall. For your last slot add a special wall.

And those abbrieviations are really annoying...F-Fang?

Agreed. Anyways, @ super-7, run Taunt / Waterfall and Stone Edge Or Stone Edge and Ice Fang, and put DD as the last Move. :P

Why does nobody put earthquake anymore as an option on gyarados? Well, I recommend you run it...

Eos Aduro November 25th, 2007 11:50 AM

If you DO use Forretress, use this one

Forretress-Leftovers
Relaxed
Sturdy
252 HP, 252 Def
Earthqauke
Gyro Ball
Spikes/Stealth Rock
Rapid Spin

Zap Cannon=Worst move ever, plus on a physical Pokemon.

With Earthquake, you can either get walled extremely easily (Waterfall), or leave Gyara without a reliable STAB (Ice Fang/Stone Edge).

Dark Azelf November 25th, 2007 12:00 PM

Waterfall and Earthquake get walled by just about everything under the sun.

Ice Fang and Earthquake OR Waterfall and Stone Edge are the way to go for superior type coverage.

[email protected]Life Orb / Leftovers
252 ATT / 240 Speed / 16 Hp
Jolly Nature
equake
Dragon Claw
Swords Dance
Fire Blast

Jolly > Adamant for speed, Fire Blast for Physical walls. 16 HP EVS forces Sp.Atters to run at least 266 sp.att or get STAB from Ice Beam to guarantee a OHKO on it

[email protected]leftovers
Jolly Nature
252 SPEED / 252 ATT /6 HP
ddance
equake
Crunch
Taunt

Outruns Timid max speed gengar after a single dragon dance this also makes Skarmory mere set up fodder with Taunt

[email protected]Focus Sash
Jolly Nature
252 ATT / 252 SPEED / 6 HP
ice punch
brick break
Night Slash / Pursuit
Ice Shard /Swords Dance

Double team is banned in competitive battles

[email protected] Scarf
6HP/252SPATK/252SPeeD
modest
tbolt
ice beam
Tri Attack
Dark Pulse

Scarf Porygon -Z

5.gyrados
adamant
212 HP /16 ATT / 180 DEF / 100 SPEED
ddance
ice fang /Waterfall
equake / Stone Edge
Taunt

Standard BULKY Gyarados
Ice Fang and Earthquake OR Stone Edge and Waterfall for superior type coverage

Changes are in bold-ness

Drop either Tyranitar or Weavile and get aPhysical wall and get a special wall for your last slot. Also you have lots of 4X weaknesses that can be exploited and are very common. Also stats mean nothing use EVS.

Anti November 25th, 2007 12:35 PM

Um, it should still be listed as an option :/ I'm sorry, but I don't care what it's walled by. the point is it takes out annoying steels and electric types. And who cares if it doesn't have STAB? There are plenty of pokemon that do fine without it.

I did list it as an option if that was aimed at me.

Eos Aduro November 25th, 2007 12:38 PM

It does have good characteristics against pokes like Electivire who can Thunderbolt/punch it.

Anti November 25th, 2007 12:40 PM

Sorry, that actually wasn't aimed at you. Geez, I need to quote people more ;)

But that Pory Z is just...no.

Porygon Z @ Choice Scarf
Trait: Adaptability
EVs: 4 HP / 252 Spd / 252 SAtk (note-I don't remember the exact EVs, anybody feel free to correct those)
Modest Nature (+SAtk, -Atk)
- Thunderbolt
- Ice Beam
- Tri Attack
- Dark Pulse

My favorite scarfer barring medicham.

EDIT: That would be why you need teh quake. Persoanlly, I don't like switching except when I have to ;)

Eos Aduro November 25th, 2007 12:43 PM

I like Timid with Life Orb too. It works well.

I liked it until relaxed steelix started outspeeding me ;) (If you don't realize that was a joke you fail)

Meh, with 90 base speed, it's like a special heracross without guts. If you specs that sucker, it gets SCARY, but you will get outsped by lots of stuff. then again, so did CBcross and it works tremendously.

Eos Aduro November 25th, 2007 12:47 PM

Yeah, it has a lot of nature and item options, my fav is still Timid Life Orb Adaptability, I mean Tri Attack! HAVE YOU EVER USED ADAPATRI ATTACK??

Anti November 25th, 2007 12:47 PM

Yes, a modest choice specs-er even hurts blissey quite a bit.

Eos Aduro November 25th, 2007 12:50 PM

I wouldnt use it against a Blissey, but yeah. I've outspeeded it with my Machamp before, so Dynamic Punch and its gone, which is also why Scarf works too.

Anti November 25th, 2007 12:52 PM

Machamp switching into that thing? Um, I would advise against that :0

Dark Azelf November 25th, 2007 12:55 PM

Porygon without Scarf is meh but workable i ran this for a time on Shoddy. It impressed me somewhat.

[email protected] glasses / Leftovers (More Subs lol)
Timid Nature
252 SP.ATT /252 SPEED / 6 HP
Ability - Download
- Substitute
- Tri Attack
- Nasty plot
- Dark Pulse

Main idea is to send this in on something that dies to it. 9 times out of 10 it causes a switch, Nasty plot or Sub on the switch, if it lures out Blissey, Sub to avoid thunderwave and Nasty Plot behind the sub, which is in 2HKO territory for Blissey with Wise Glasses. Dark pulse is for Ghosts that wall you somewhat.

Tri attack after two Nasty Plots does

Damage: 342 - 403
Damage: 52.53% - 61.90%

to max Hp/6 SP.DEF Blissey
