Sure you don't hit ghosts, but ghosts can't do much back either, Non-Specs Gengar's Thunderbolt doesn't even 2HKO Togekiss with Leftovers while you Air Slash them to death and heal/ stall with Roost/ Wish.
Since when do people run Body Slam Togekiss? And, besides, although it isn't common, Mold Breaker wrecks Body Slam.
Life Orb is better. Expert Belt really is outclassed in almost every way. Electivire isn't supposed to take strong hits either so the LO recoil is moot. Not to mention LO Ice Punch has a chance to 2HKO Donphan if it isn't carrying max HP/Def. (most don't)
Wow, if it sucks that much, why does EVERYONE use it?
Calm>Bold on Togekiss, anyday. Metronome sucks Leftovers is always the better choice.
Well, why do you think people run Bold Milotic?

Body Slam has always been the choice over Thunder Wave, for the reasons mentioned.
Let's see.......Expert Belt doesn't really offer any form of a solid boost. Life Orb has always been the better option. Giving the 2HKO on Donphan with Ice Punch and thus, with the more power boost giving you more of an option to EV differently based on the idem. LO recoil on Electivire is moot anyways as it can't take a hit. Expert Belt can't boost if it isn't super effective if it has a ghost, bug, psychic, poison typing. LO allows Vire too hit Dusknoir, Spiritomb, and Cress waaaayyyy harder.
Milotic....Bold? There are simply too many special attacking threats out there that not using up SpDef is lol. I'm not saying it doesn't need defense EVs, but Bold over Calm is counter productive. Calm>Bold is more like it.
