really no need to give us stats... we always assume IV 31 for all unless a HP is in use ^^; we just need EV distributions
Ky0-uber- dump surf or water spout... either one must go. Replace it with HP Grass or calm mind, and rest may work too (chesto) Blaziken- eeks eeks eeks auto rain dance and 2 fire attack? Use brick break, earthquake, rock slide along with another physical move (or HP grass). The standard one with reversal works too, with overheat replaced by another physical move. *never use blaze kick... cool maybe, but super useless and weak Sceptile- dump sunny day and solarbeam if there's free rain dance... use leech seed/dragon claw, sub/crunch, leaf blade and HP Ice Swampert- dump blizzard for roar as a pseudohazer which is much needed for this team Salamence- NOT steel wing... if it's a physical one, use ddance/equake/aace/hydro, or a special one with hydro/dclaw/HP Special/equake... or mix them up a bit to be a mixed sweeper Metagross- change light screen to agility is my recommandation... *may not be thinking right due to school panic and headache |
I always take Kyogre out last, so can I leave solarbeam with sceptile?
just don't use solarbeam on anything unless a lot of your member will benefit from sunny day... really solarbeam is quite crappy. Avoid it unless you got reasons to get it. Plus that's why Sceptile can learn leaf blade...
OK, but you guys think that my stats are very low for the level my pokemon are?
really can't tell... the only way to check the IV is when they're just captured/hatched, so it's kinda too late to check if the IVs are good now.
But ignoring the IVs for now, are the EVs good distributed, as they are already maxed out... but you think I have low stats?
err... really there's no way to check if the EVs are distributed well if we don't know the IV or exactly how you distribute the EVs O.o;
im not the greatest in these situations but better than mine definitley :D
oh well, for example, my salamence has very good special defense compared to other salamence, i think... my metagross (i think) has lower attack than defense (unusual) and has higher special attack... but most of my pokemon don't reach the 200 stats (excluding HP) at level 70, although 3 of them have high tier ranks...
true, i guess how long did it take to raise this team?
ouch... that's a very good question...... A LOT OF TIME, seeking for different EVs to try to balance the stats :P well that's maybe the reason not much stats reach 200 at level 70, maybe it's because instead of EV training the higher base stats a pokemon have, I instead try to balance them..... :D
frankly i hate ev training or training in general for that matter so my team is probably not that good. i need to raise another team because im uber crazy:p
you hate ev training because it takes a lot of time or you hate because you think it is like a way of cheap cheating?

well, I'm saying that most pokemon trainers just play the game, train their pokemon without knowing what are EVs or without taking advanced trainer guides.... so if you train with EVs and that, you will obviously have a bit of advantage over those who doesn't even know what are EVs.... Also, I don't use gameshark and I don't like to use cheating devices
ahem... just a bit? You mean a lots >>; having your speed or attack stats almost 40 points higher than your opponents is a big big plus. And then most likely you'll use the time to breed for egg moves and so on, giving you one major advantage compare to the others who just use natural moves and the occassion thunder tms on thunderbolting Lanturns.
-_- well I'm still new at this, I only just got sapphire on february and only began EV training beginning april.... so i'm still on the way being used to advanced training.... :D
