Machamp isn't much nicer to this team, as all of those "walls" of yours are OHKOed by a cross chop from the demon. And if it happens to switch into thunder wave support, you might as well leave the battle. Specsmence also torches this team, and the CB variant is even meaner. Any life orb sweeper with a fighting move and ground move can take all but Azelf, which can be promptly taken care of. Aero and fast banders will be able to outspeed and kill azelf along with the rest of your team. On the special end of the spectrum, Alakazam just MURDERS this team. Gengar isn't much better, especially focus sash or scarf variants that beat up on Azelf. Poygon Z can OHKO anything you have and really not be stopped. Any psychic pokemon with decent sweeping baility will destroy this team as well, as Azelf can't hit them hard at all. Watch as Cresselia and Mesprit just gobble up your attempts to sweep as they power up and then destroy your team. And choice scarfer that can do any kind of damage will not be stopped and it will go on a rampage destroying your entire team. So in short, nothing you have really walls anything, and your sweepers lack power. Even for a novelty team it is just poor really. If you want to fix all of these weaks, you're going to have to replace all of those "walls" with things that can actually take hits. I don't care if you give them novelty movesets or not, you still need pokemon that can take hits. |
uh i'm really not feeling the electivire. it's not going to be doing much damage. at least give him focus punch/cross chop/earthquake for the last moveslot. a special fighting move is not going to be in your benefit when you already have flamethrower.
i do use glalie as a special tank as it only fears togekiss, lucario and fire attacks, but physical is pushing it. it's not going to be able to take any physical rock type or fighting type move well at all. also, it works a lot better with ice body + hail + protect. it's outstalled a few pokes and is quite annoying. it can take nuetral physical hits well, but those are rare occurrences when you're running a glalie. eh... that kabutops is pathetic. it's NOT A WALL. it's barely a tank. seriously, just let the guy be a sweeper. choice scarf? ._. it won't outrun anything worth the while. i'm not even going to comment on the wigglytuff. novelty is not a bad thing, but when you're looking for something new, at least try something good ._. |
Hm well it was worth a shot I'll do reasearch on my team and change it.

Replace Kabutops, Huntail, Wigglytuff, and Glalie, they all do nothing for this team except maybe die :/ |
You guys are right maybe I'll make a normal team with Azelf as the only novelty set there. Going to make a team now be back in awhile.
