Hey, I have brown eyes! I like my eyes, they're purdy =D

Wish January 2nd, 2008 2:23 PM

I have ugly dark brown eyes. They have no charm or sparkle at all. It's just Dark and plain.

Degenerate January 2nd, 2008 2:28 PM

I have brown eyes too. I kinda like them.

PB. January 2nd, 2008 2:33 PM

My eyes are blue, I love blue so its really good for me

Which is the most common eye color?

The Infinite Devil Machine January 2nd, 2008 2:42 PM

My eyes are gray-ish blue. Very boring IMO, but everyone seems to like them.

pokejungle January 2nd, 2008 2:56 PM

Most common for whites is Blue~

Not sure about other nationalities honestly. /me runs off to watch People's Court.

ASG January 2nd, 2008 2:59 PM

I think Swedens and Germans are blue eyes.

pokejungle January 2nd, 2008 3:24 PM

Well, I'm half Swedish and a quarter German, so that pretty much explains my answer ;p

Improfane January 2nd, 2008 3:57 PM

Brown is the dominant allele of eye colours. It will mask your blue eye genetics even if you have it. Melanin effects your skin colour and eye colour. I'd hazard a guess that since Eastern Europeans do not have dark skin - they have less melanin - this results in more blue eyes.

I'm brown eyed.

I'm not sure..who the hell that is, but I've seen patterns similar to that before. I'm not sure if they actually crate patterns like that based on random anime characters, but I've seen lenses with a cross-like pattern across them, so i'm sure that something like that could be done ._.

My nationality is Cape-Verdian (Portuguese descent, not African), and I have blue eyes..No one else in my family does, though ._.

Thanks. It seems as if everyone I know has brown or green eyes. o_O

There's something that's always bothered me about eye colour, can they change over time? Like as you age or due to exposure to sunlight/UV rays?

I used to remember having black eyes, but now they're more a shade of brown. O.o

The Infinite Devil Machine January 2nd, 2008 4:59 PM

I'm not sure about that, but my eyes are a lot less blue than they were when I was younger. I think it's something to do with pigmentation or something like that. It happened to my hair as well, considering I was born blond and now my hair color is almost black. ._.

pink-tiger January 2nd, 2008 5:44 PM

Seven-year-cycle?I havent..Unless it has something to do with reborn.

ASG January 2nd, 2008 6:43 PM

Doesn't it fade lighter and darker according to seasons to?

pink-tiger January 2nd, 2008 6:54 PM

Huh? I dunno..... *stare*

I remember a while ago Sorano was telling me that her eyes change colour throughout the day, like some natural mood ring :P

Speaking of which, those mood rings are never accurate >(

Ayano Katagiri January 2nd, 2008 7:02 PM

Do mood rings just change colour depending on the temperature in the environment they're in?
Those things are so weird though.

Yeah, it's true. They go from light blue, to dark blue, to green. Sometimes one eye is blue and the other is green. It could just be lighting, but they still change.

AMAZING.

And no, they are never accurate. I had one once, and I was really happy, and it was the really angry colour. D<

One of the people from my grade in high school had two different coloured eyes, all the time.

lul, my friend was wearing a mood ring once right, and it turns out that his hands were so cold that it stayed Aqua/Green or something. We had fun dipping the ring into hot tea though ^-^

The Infinite Devil Machine January 2nd, 2008 7:48 PM

My dog had one blue eye and a brown eye. It looked weird. xD

That's how I found out those things weren't real. My friend and I got in argument because I thought they seriously went with your mood and she told me it was by temperature. I didn't believe her so she took me to the bathrrom and threw the ring in hot water. I was dissapointed </3

I like the new name Ray XD

Mood rings? Never even encountered one, much less worn one.

Live in Color January 2nd, 2008 8:12 PM

I remember when I was younger my sister had a mood ring and I knew it didn't change with the mood, so I was like: "WHO ARE YOU?!" xD, well sort of exaggerated, but I make it funnier. :P I really didn't know how it worked.
