Lucy Lu November 8th, 2008 10:09 AM

I had some chocolate caramel bars yesterday and the day before that I had some sugar free chocolate pudding. Those were very good. Healthy yes, but very good.

Kotowari November 8th, 2008 1:20 PM

I'm eating Mikado at the moment. Guess it's just the European version of the oh-so-familiar-japanese-sticks-covered-in-chocolate-aka-Poky?

Toblerone November 9th, 2008 1:48 AM

They look very nice! I love chocolate sticks, they just, i don't know. :P. I like chocolate fingers to, i love 'em!

Mayu Shinjo November 9th, 2008 1:54 AM

Oh I would like to join, I love chocolate!

Lucy Lu November 15th, 2008 9:53 AM

Welcome to the club Innocent Victim! =D

Oooh, that looks like Pocky that you are eating Mudkipblader. So they have the same thing where you are from, that is nice. ^^ I wish we got something like that here in the US.

Kotowari November 15th, 2008 11:17 AM

Yes, welcome to the club, I'll add you right away. *gives traditional welcome bar*

I thought it looked a lot like those chocolate sticks in anime. XD
http://9a.img.v4.skyrock.net/9aa/mike-mdr/pics/1219357398_small.jpg
^that's what we have.
First there was black chocolate, then Milk chocolate, then Milk chocolate with nuts, then caramel

And now: Mikado Zen, with white chocolate.

Toblerone November 15th, 2008 11:31 AM

Oh wow, i need to try that! Just about to have grapes dipped in chocolate.. mmm! There's only a few fruits i like with chocolate.. and one of them is grapes! :D.

Lucy Lu November 16th, 2008 12:39 AM

Whoa, those look good. <3 But I am on my quest of losing weight, so I can't eat an Pocky right now. D: I might eat some down the road though.

I think I dipped some grapes in chocolate before. I know I did it with apples, pineapple, and strawberries. That sounds good though.

Toblerone November 16th, 2008 4:00 AM

I make sure to excersise and go for walks and jogs etc. when i've finished eating something that might well be over my body weight :P. I don't want to become fat, although a little bit of fat on my body wouldn't be a bad idea ;). I just ate a White chocolate Toblerone.. dipped in melted White chocolate! It was pretty nice :).

Ineffable~ November 16th, 2008 9:51 AM

Omg.................I <3 white chocolate!!! I can never get it though. I can't even get a regular Toblerone!

Toblerone November 16th, 2008 10:19 AM

No Toblerone?! What type of horrible place is that?! :P. But yes, White chocolate Toblerone is to die for! Fantastic.. i really need another!! XD.

Did you say white chocolate toblerone?
........................................................
I've only ever eaten the regular one, the dark one and the one with raisins in...
I don't think they white ones where I live *whimper*

I shall hunt for one over the next few days, however, in case of the unlikely event of me not seeing one >=|

Toblerone November 17th, 2008 12:18 PM

Yup, they sell them in Toblerone tiny's packs or a really big White Toblerone. But i seriously loved it! But i shall stay loyal, so milk chocolate Toblerone all the way! ^_^.

Ineffable~ November 18th, 2008 3:45 PM

I don't eat chocolate near as much as you people. I don't really spend a lot of money on it, and my Mom never buys any. But my sister recently got some Hershey™ Hugs. YUUUUUMMMMMMYYYY!!!!!!!

Same here. I've got a friend who practically lives off chocolate. Spends her mum's money on it though xD

Whoa... as I popped into this thread... I just got SUCH AN URGE to have some chocolate again. Last time was... oh, some hours ago. Hot chocolate, drinkable :3 That's not really it though... it's not the same as taking a bite, feeling it melt on your tongue... aaaarhj.

Tomorrow's a trip downstore. Chuculate, here I come~

Lucy Lu November 18th, 2008 8:35 PM

Oh man...I am in a mood of chocolate right now. But I can't. D: I need to try some Toblerone. My parents love that candy. Well my stepmom does. Since I think it came from Germany, if I am not mistaken.

Can't? Toblerone probably somes from.. Switzerland or Germany yes 8]

I'm having some trusty old Marabou chocolate now. The one I said I would buy in store :) But I didn't I got my mom to do it for me.

Vie November 19th, 2008 5:41 AM

Toblerone comes from germany? well thats a reason to like my country... ^.^
but its the only one....

moon November 19th, 2008 6:16 AM

Another reason could be that it's very nice suited in the middle of Europe? :)

BOLDED TOPIC TIME :O:O Rebirth of something old and dusty...

What fruit/berry goes best with chocolate? And what type of chocolate then? (dark, white, other...)

Toblerone November 19th, 2008 10:10 AM

Fruit / Berry? I don't like fruit in chocolate. It just doesn't appeal to me. :D. I like almonds in Toblerones, but that's really as close as i can get. :P. But i still eat fruit. Don't say i don't! XD.

Snivi November 19th, 2008 10:18 AM

What fruit/berry goes best with chocolate?
Strawberry

And what type of chocolate then?
Milk Chocolate

Quidoo November 19th, 2008 12:11 PM

I think banana goes best with chocolate, especially melted chocolate or chocolate milk =P
Also raspberries are delicious with chocolate. They're best with dark or milk chocolate!

I had this chocolate pudding once with hot molten chocolate and raspberry sauce in the middle, it was just the best...

Vie November 19th, 2008 11:03 PM

I actually prefer pure chocolate...but if I had to choose....strawberrys....

NO FRUIT??!? YOU DON'T! jk, Yesterday I had this Marabou bar (that I was talking about xD) and it was with raisins and almonds. Lovable~ I'm sure I've posted pictures of it several times before here.

Banana + chocolate = not for Fable... I've never liked that melt-chocolate-inside-banana-around-a-campfire-thingy... warm banana is yucky. But everybody else seems to like it, so ok Jason ;)

Raspberries with dark chocolate, I can second that. It's a wonderful combo. Wow at that pudding~ ^^

Strawberries and chocolate... I've never tried methinks :/ Gotta do that then :)

Had some chocolate cake yesterday for my b-day <3

Beware... cake tastes good, but it makes you evil. Eat a chocolate pie instead to stay all noble and fable-ish...

Btw: You're still sick? omg...

moon November 22nd, 2008 2:07 AM

Yesh, it's a bad sickness.

CHOCOLATE PIE 8D~ OF course! Though that cherry pie wasn't bad either ^^*

I've got a bag of candy from yesterday here. It's got some chocolate in it. But that's not good chocolate. Mostly fat and sugar :/

Vie November 22nd, 2008 3:50 AM

I actually ate chocolate for breakfast today...haha xD
and I still remember kexchoclad....what does 'I love chocolate' mean in swedish?

moon November 22nd, 2008 4:18 AM

"Jag älskar choklad" :3

I had some for after-breakfast. I already said that... Hm.

I'm gonna make some chocolate balls for my siblings tonight I think :D

Ineffable~ November 22nd, 2008 8:37 AM

I wonder if I'd ever be up to making a chocolate pie? Well, I'd have to use sugar-free chocolate because of sister's diabetes. :( WHY DOES CHOCOLATE FLAVORED WITH ASPARTAME TASTE SO FUNNY!?!?!

Kotowari November 22nd, 2008 11:59 AM

With aspar-what? XD

Anyways, sorry for my absence. ^^" I'm being a bad owner. XD
Mind to ask if I missed something? :O

moon November 22nd, 2008 12:01 PM

You probably missed... me being sick but still eating chocolate.
Lilbitty baking chocolate pie...

Don't know if we got any new members...

Levity-Adam November 22nd, 2008 12:08 PM

Seems like I came back just in time to add a new member to the list. XD
Welcome to the club. =D And yes, they should. Although I highly doubting that the Japanese don't already have those. XD (or other sweets). I know they love belgian chocolate.

A classmate of mine told a joke this week. She's a j-rock fan and would love to go to Japan as well and she said this:
"I found a hole in the market: I go to Japan and start a shop which only sells Belgian chocolate."
It's true thoug.

Sounds scrumptious! I just had some chocolate gum from a friend.. it was OK, but it just didn't feel right. :D.

It's from Bubble Yum. It's okay, but it doesn't last long...

moon November 27th, 2008 12:36 PM

Trusty chocolate bars are the best. Not mix chocolate with bubbles ;P

Hm... though there is chocolate with bubbles in it... O_o Must be good 8D~

Kotowari November 28th, 2008 1:43 PM

Chocolate... bubble.... gum. *frowns* I hate bubble gum. >: Dunno what it'd be like with a semi-chocolate taste. Give me a true bar of chocolate, or cake, or icecream, oh you get the idea. XD

moon November 28th, 2008 2:29 PM

You are so right on this chocolate matter, choco sis :D

There's a thing called chocolate "kola" which would translate into... caramel? >.< Soft caramel. TOFFEE! maybe. Chocolate toffee. How weird it may sound. What was my point again? Oh, right. It's yucky :D

I've heard of chocolate fizzy drink as well... But I almost hope it was just a rumor x_x

Xoo November 28th, 2008 2:39 PM

That would taste like fizzy chocolate milk. Maybe. *grimaces*

Vie November 29th, 2008 1:42 AM

O_O What happened, Akumie?

I never thought this would happen either, but yesterday my papa wanted to buy me some sweets and asked me what I liked. I told him not to buy chocolate <<"

I didn't feel like eating chocolate then, but that's weird, since I'm usually even able to munch it in when I'm ill!

Xoo November 29th, 2008 7:43 AM

I guess chocolate has a mood. And you have to be in the mood to eat it. I don't feel like eating chocolate right now, probably cause I'm stuffed. Not that I have any to eat. My sis stole it all. But it was good while it lasted.

moon December 2nd, 2008 5:24 AM

But it was weird. Normally, chocolate can SET your mood :D if you're feeling down... have some chocolate and coffee and all is great again~ Should be a song :)

It works for real, it's not just a cheap trick in commercials. Chocolate can make you feel better. It releases certain substances (don't know what they're called in English) that makes the body relax and feel happier. The happy part at least, I'm just imagining I relax then ^^

Toblerone December 7th, 2008 5:22 AM

Does it now? Hmm.. sounds good! I have a massive Toblerone sitting in front of me and it's making me feel relaxed and i'm not even eating it at the moment!

Ah, that would be endorphins.

I just recently made some very special Christmas cookies. The trick is, you put a Hershey's kiss in a circular pretzel, melt the Hershey's kiss in the oven, then put an M & M in the center.
Über chocolate pretzel cookie thingy!!!

LOL I had two chocolate bars before lunch.. sorta ruined my appetite :D:D

No stomach aches for me though.. xD

Kotowari December 13th, 2008 12:22 PM

Okay, Mudkip signing in again. :O
Did I miss anything?

Anyways, today I ate white mikado... (mikado with white chocolate) It was good. =3

Ineffable~ December 13th, 2008 5:33 PM

Omg today I was shopping with my family and at Wal-Mart I saw a GIANT toblerone. It was huge! I didn't buy it, unfortunately. I wanted a small one because once I open a chocolate bar I have to eat the whole thing. (The smell just lures me!) Anyway it was the first time I remember seeing a toblerone in person. It was $5 so you do the math there.

Lucy Lu December 14th, 2008 12:43 AM

I been eating these energy bars, but they have chocolate in it. Luna Nutz over Chocolate is what they are called. Boy they are sure good. And healthy too. :3 I might try the Smor'es next. Has anyone tried Smor'es?

Ineffable~ December 17th, 2008 5:37 PM

S'mores aren't rare... I'm sure we've all had them. Well anyway, see ya fellow chocolate lovers.

Guillermo December 18th, 2008 2:24 AM

How sad =(

S'mores are the combination of man's two greatest creations: chocolate and marshmallows. And those graham crackers are a nice tough too.

Lucy Lu December 21st, 2008 12:18 AM

Thanks for the correct spelling. XD S'mores is it is. Yes I love it so much, but it has been awhile since I ate them. Because getting the ingredients can be expensive and a pain.

Guillermo December 22nd, 2008 12:44 AM

What do they taste like exactly?

Ineffable~ December 24th, 2008 5:26 PM

They taste like melted chocolate and marshmallow sandwiched in graham crackers... which is exactly what they are. XD Ok well they're made at campfires and stuff. You just put a marshmallow and chocolate on a stick, then melt them on the fire; put them between two graham crackers; and voila!

ANARCHit3cht December 24th, 2008 5:39 PM

Just buy some marshmallows, chocolate and graham crackers. Put the chocolate and marshmallow on the graham cracker and microwave it. OR start a campfire and roast the marmallow on a stick that you found on the ground despite all the bacteria on it.

P.S. I wanna join teh club.

Ineffable~ December 28th, 2008 10:04 AM

The fire should kill all the bacteria... And I'd like to meet the man who gets sick from eating s'mores. That microwave method is so unnatural. :pirate:

Toblerone January 5th, 2009 12:53 PM

Lol. I actually managed to BURN chocolate. Left it in the microwave for too long ;). Tasted awful, and i'm a chocolate lover! Lol.

Lucy Lu January 6th, 2009 2:12 PM

Burn chocolate, oh man. That is the one thing I won't do. D: For one, you won't be able to get it off the plate. Two, it will just tastes terrible. x.x

But anyway I had Sugar Free Dark Chocolate Pudding, and it was really good. It taste like dark chocolate to me. I love Dark Chocolate. <3

chelly1107 January 9th, 2009 1:49 AM

I'm allergic to chocolate, but that doesn't stop me^_^

I made a homemade chocolate cake once. But the salt didn't melt much so there are bits of salt under the cake. I used to eat double dutch ice cream everyday going home from school. I only stop when I start coughing.

Lucy Lu January 11th, 2009 3:30 PM

Oh no, you are allergic to chocolate?! D: That isn't good. Man I don't know what would I do if I was allergic to chocolate. But at least you are brave enough to have some. ^^

evilishan January 13th, 2009 3:06 PM

Toblerone is my favorite brand of chocolate followed by homemade brownies then followed by
Milo -RAW (YuM!)

Guillermo January 13th, 2009 5:09 PM

Toblerone is a god in the world of chocolate.

And that sucks, chelly1107.

evilishan January 15th, 2009 6:44 PM

There was someone eating Toblerone the day before yesterday while waiting to go to our examination room. I told her that many people thought it was the best, and she agreed.

It amuses me that on the other side of the world it's summer with high temperatures, while just a while ago we had -15°C. |D
Also, this is the first time I heard about s'mores. But now that I looks them up on google, they seem pretty good. A little like Melo Cakes from Milka.

Hey guess what, miraculously it was cooler today, I guess it was because Earth didn't want the chocolate to melt and so kept Sydney cool, Thanks.

Do you like chocolate cold (outta the fridge), norm(21-26 degrees Celsius), or warm(In a viscous state but not liquid)? For me, Belgian outta the fridge, Tolberone at normal temperature and brownies warm (with ice cream).
If anyone's interested i can give you my brownie recipe (you need a microwave).

Hehe, cool. XD

I'd rather not have my chocolate out of the fridge. I once had a bar of chocolate like that, and it tasted aweful. So I'm reluctant to try again. =/
Although... Toblerone has to be cold for me (what? it doesn't break easily like that D:), at least the white one. Belgian chocolate comes straight from wherever we lay it. I'll have some later.
Oh, warm brownies with ice cream... sounds delicious. Sure you may give it. 83 I would love to try it out. (I should learn more things for cooking. ._.") and microwave is fine.

It amuses me as well that my country is famous for it's beer and chocolate. o_ô"
It makes me wonder what kind of reputation we have... in the rest of the world... XD

evilishan January 16th, 2009 3:23 PM

Beer's pretty popular here too, but no alcohol for me till I'm 18.
Here's my brownie recipe:
What you will need:
125g Butter
200g Chocolate (I use Cadbury cooking chocolate)
1 Cup Caster sugar
1 Teaspoon Vanilla essence
3 Eggs
1 Cup Plain flour

A Mixing bowl
Square (Microwavable) Pyrex dish (1*20cm but go bigger just in case)

  1. Grease and line the pyrex dish.
  2. Melt the butter and chocolate on P7(or medium) for 2 minutes.
  3. Stir in all the other ingredients (sugar, vanilla essence, eggs and flour excluding the eggshells)
  4. Spread onto prepared dish.
  5. Cook on P7 (medium) for 7 to 8 minuted.
  6. Refrigerate until cold OR (as i do) refrigerate until solid on the outside but still warm and soft on the inside (50min-1hour).
  7. Cut into squares and eat however you please.
Enjoy, Evil
Note: I use a 1100W output micro

And Thanks for the recipe. ^^

evilishan January 19th, 2009 12:59 AM

German chocolate, eh. Sounds tasty, (no prob for the recipe) Please do tell me what you think of it once you decide to make it. They only complaint i've gotten so far is that their brownie rose too high (generally due to wrongly sized cake holder).

I made my own s'more using a different cracker (correct me if i'm wrong) because we don't have graham crackers, Absolutely delicious.

MUAHAH! They are the seashell ones and they are soo tasty!

You people make me laugh. 8D and feel special
'Cause the place where they make it.... is not too far away from where I live. 8D I used to pass it every once in a week. XD
And during the winter holidays the giant Seahorse on the roof wore a cristmashat. :3
It's Guylian btw. XD

^there's one of those on the top of the roof of where they make the chocolate. ^^
Zeepaardje. XD

I will tell you when I make those things, but you'll have to wait at least another 2 weeks before I have time. :O

OMG Guylian! How I love you so delectable chocolatey goodness.
Wanna get me some free samples Mudkipblader? :)

evilishan January 19th, 2009 6:33 PM

Mmm..Guylian, yummy.
I'm the only chocolate lover in my family and i love those seashells.
They are particularly good because i don't get to have them very often (expensive).
I can still remember the day when i got a box free from chocolatiers in the city advertising Guylian. If everyday was like that i would be very much obese.

moments. January 19th, 2009 6:36 PM

ZOMG free Guylian!
I just ate like 4 in a row. I couldn't help myself! :)

Lucy Lu January 19th, 2009 7:52 PM

Wow, never heard of that candy before. I know were won't have that here. XD But I been seeing chocolate candy from other countries before.

CyBeastSaber January 19th, 2009 9:57 PM

OOOO! (dang I'm neglecting this club a little :P) Guylian candies look GOOD! I wouldn't mind eating that once... The last piece of chocolate I ate was a lone toblerone in my backpack... which was like months ago. That Guylian is making me hungry... and making my chocolate buds run...

evilishan January 19th, 2009 11:34 PM

Oh, i don't know about that, i like tolberone better

hehee I ate more chocolate and now I feel like I am going to get fat but I can't stop eating it!!!

moon January 20th, 2009 1:34 AM

Hello clubbeh. Been a long time.

Me and chocolate are having some troubles now. We don't really agree on everything. But my friends are really supportive... they support chocolate :/ So things are quite hard for me.

I'm trying to cut down on our time together, but it's really not easy with all this pressure. Chocolate is good, and it knows it. I'm confused... maybe it's better for us to be together after all?

Chocolate... and me. Forever together.

-munches-

Yay for chocolate!
OMG! My sisters friend is allergic to chocolate. She is allergic to the cocoa I suspect...
How awful would that be?

Kotowari February 4th, 2009 3:15 PM

Hm, I suppose being allergic to chocolate, or one of it's ingredients, is not a fun thing. Being allergic in general isn't fun, not the least. But to miss the chocolate of heaven? xD Pure Terror. D:

Lucy Lu February 6th, 2009 1:55 AM

The only thing I been eating is Sugar Free Dark Chocolate Pudding, and some Chocolate ice cream. Yummy!

evilishan February 6th, 2009 10:45 PM

Sugar Free Dark Chocolate Pudding tastes pretty good, amazingly enough you and I are of the few people I know who like it. Generally most people I know hate it.
You rock!

Lucy Lu March 2nd, 2009 3:00 PM

Awww, thanks. Well I will eat any chocolate that won't hinder my diet. I just love chocolate, but I got tone it down. Has anyone have No Sugar Added Fudge Pops?
