Inexperienced Battling Trainer's Team, rate away
 
I'm new to the whole online battling scene as all I've ever fought are CPUs or my inexperienced friends. So, yeah, could use some help.

Skuntank w/ Razor Fang, Docile Nature, LV 71
- Toxic
- Flamethrower
- Dark Pulse
- Poison Jab

Empoleon w/ Splash Plate, Impish Nature, LV 71
- Surf
- Hydro Cannon
- Brine
- Ice Beam

Charizard w/ Flame Plate, Quirky Nature, LV 72
- Blast Burn
- Fly
- Flamethrower
- Heatwave

Azelf w/ Mind Plate, Gentle Nature, LV 70
- Extrasensory
- Psychic
- Future Sight
- Nasty Plot

Lucario w/ Black Belt, Naughty Nature, LV 71
- Brick Break
- Drain Punch
- Earthquake
- Focus Blast

Luxray w/ Magnet, Mild Nature, LV 71
- Thunderbolt
- Thunder
- Crunch
- Charge

You know, You're supposed to post the team you aim for, not the one you have currently. That would be best for the raters.

First off, post your team in this format

I'll do an analysis on the team.

1. Razor Fang is hax, which means not many people will battle you in the standard MetaGame if you use it.
2. What is the damn level doing there? We don't need levels, as once a team gets into true competetive, it will all be level 100.
3. Any neutral natures [Docile, Serious, etc] are terrible as it should much rather gain in a stat than have a neutral one.

4. Impish? Impish downs Special Attack, which is probably one of its most important stats. Don't use it.
5. Hydro Cannon is the worst move. All forms of Hyper Beam are.

4. Future Sight is terrible, the opponent could easily switch into a dark pokemon and before you know it, you've wasted a valuable turn.

4. There is little Earthquake can cover between its standard set, scrap it.

2. Why does it need the Special Attack with Mild???
3. Not needing levels ~
4. Charge is completely overrated. If it doubles the power of your next electric move, then it equals twice the power, so its worth two turns. But the whole combination takes two turns. So instead of wasting a moveslot for Charge, use Spark twice and it will be the exact same damage.

I could go on into a further analysis and provide movesets, but I'll do that later.
Also, your team is major Ground weak.
