I'm going to go through and suggest sets, but read this first. What you need to do is look at your pokemon's stats. For instance, Crobat has a high Attack, but a low Special Attack. Now, look at the moves you've given him. Aerial Ace is the only physical attack he has. Do this for each of your pokemon. You need to match their stats with their moves. You also must list your pokemon's Nature and EVs

Changes are in bold.

Agility/Swords Dance
Quick Attack
Aerial Ace
Baton Pass

Nidoking @ Black Sludge
Adamant/Jolly

Sceptile @ Leftovers
Substitute
Giga Drain/Energy Ball/Grass Knot
Leech Seed
HP Fire/Ground

Furret is very bad, but if you must use him...
Furret @ Choice Band/Choice Scarf
Adamant/Jolly (252 Atk/252 Spd/6 HP)
Sucker Punch/Shadow Claw
Focus Punch/Brick Break
U-Turn
Return

Electivire @ Expert Belt
Naive (Not sure on EVs for Mixvire...)
Thunderbolt
Ice punch
Earthquake
Cross Chop

To be honest, this team still isn't very good. You have a bunch of physical sweepers, not much defense except perhaps Sceptile, and almost no special attacks (because all your pokemon are physical). I would suggest looking around here first to get an idea of how competitive teams are made.

Vire wants lonley if you run t-bolt, aluminumknight. If thunder punch, then adamant.

252Att/252 Spd/6HP
Adamant
Aerial ace
Cross Poisin
U-turn
Confuse Ray
Sweeper. If you cant EV learn how to.

Scizor @ Focus Sash
252Spd/152HP/106Att
Iron Head
U Turn
Agility/Swords Dance
Baton Pass
Not strong enough to pull of subs, and the all-stat boosters arent reliable. Boost whichever stat you feel suits better. If you get and sash kicks in, U-turn to deal damage and get out.

Nidoking @ Salac Berry

Megahorn
Earthquake
Body Slam
Shadow Ball
I have no idea on him, im not gonna touch it.

Sceptile @ Leftovers
252HP/252Spd/6SpAtt
Substitute
Leech Seed
Protect
Leaf Storm/Giga Drain
The greatest subseeder ever. I cant remember the final slot so i guessed :)

Furret NO
This thing is NU for a reason. Release it to prevent temptation

Electivire @ Expert Belt
252Att/252Spd/6HP
Jolly
Thunder Punch

Ice punch
Earthquake
Cross Chop
Ok

Your team is wayyyyyy too physical and lacks walls. I would get rid of Crobat (And Furret) and swap them for skarmory and blissey. Also, learn how EV training works and how natures are important

Hope ive been of some help.

[email protected] Life Orb

Nasty Plot
Shadow Ball
Sludge Bomb / Air slash
Hidden Power(Ground) / Air Slash

Yuck at focus sash here. Sand Stream starters are common leads (cough) and Crobat is also weak to SR.

Scizor @ Leftovers

Swords Dance / Agility
Substitute
X-Scizzor
Baton Pass

Silver wind is no.

Nidoking @ Salac Berry

Megahorn
Earthquake
Body Slam
Shadow Ball

I don't know enough about Nidoking to fix anything, but that set is pretty flawed really.

Sceptile @ Leftovers

X-Scizzor
Leaf Blade
Substitute
Leech Seed

Sceppy can subseed much better :(

Furret @ (?)

Shadow Ball
Focus Punch
Quick Attack
Return

Just don't use this.

Electivire @ Life Orb / Expert Belt

Thunderpunch
Ice punch
Earthquake
Cross Chop

If you want a mixed attacker, just run the normal Mixed Vire.

No walls, EVs, natures...yuck. Nothing can switch into even a moderately-good CBer.

Needs walls over some useless members of your team (Scizor, Furret, Crobat...)
