... I can't upload my pokemon to palpark.

I'm a noob, so I don't know this things.

I just finished the e4, got the 150 pokedex, so I have put my LG in my GBA Slot, and I haven't seen the migrate from LG thingy from the screen of Start-up screen.
So, What do you think shall I do to upload my LG pokemon? (I accidentally deleted my Emerald when I was trying to force my emerald to make the migrate from emerald appear.)

So, What do you think it's the problem why the migrate from LG logo on the start-up screen?

Have you found Pal Park on the map, like actually been to the route that it's on? (South of Sandgem Town via Surfing and a little bit of travelling.) ?

Might be worth trying that first. I went to it before I tried to PalPark and it was there when I booted it up, on the menu.

did you remember to talk to Rowan an get the nationaldex?

RYOUKI February 1st, 2008 3:02 AM

Already did and found the palpark ages ago. I kept restarting, and keep inserting my LG game into the slot, but it's still not appearing into the start-up menu.

Perhaps your LG is not a legit one? I've seen many cases where games are repackaged on a flashcart.

Make sure the game is loadable by the NDS from the firmware menu, otherwise it won't appear in game. If those don't work, you either have a fake game, or a faulty game.

*LuckyStarIsLucky* February 1st, 2008 3:54 AM

maybe theres something wrong with either your ds, leafgreen, or d/p

Twar3Draconis February 1st, 2008 4:00 AM

D/P wouldn't be at fault here. Even if he's using a flashcart, it should still see Slot-2 fine.

RYOUKI February 1st, 2008 4:05 AM

I see, but my LG is a single game, and has a nintendo seal in it...

ultimatelegend5 February 1st, 2008 8:23 AM

Hmmm does it work properly on your ds?

Jack Surge February 1st, 2008 8:33 AM

So many answers you guys are giving!

It's as simple as this. You either:

Haven't been to Pal Park yet
Haven't obtained the National Dex
Don't have six or more pokemon on Leaf Green
One of your games is messed up (highly unlikely)

That's pretty much the only things that could be wrong.

My games are old so they don't load all the time. Try blowing the cartridge a bit, maybe. Just make sure it "Start GBA game" is able when you turn the DS on. Then you should be able to. If it doesn't work, I'd say your LG is not a legit copy, and if you say your Emerald was deleted when trying to Pal Park, it's because of the same reason.

yh but shiny umbreon becarful if u try that because when u blow small bits of saliva come out and that is one of the usual things people do and it can corrupt the game..

wakachamo February 1st, 2008 1:34 PM

I'm almost sure that you don't have a legit version.

Seeing as you mentioned the fact that your game deleted your save file on Emerald, it's probably going to be the same case for your LG game if you're not careful.

If your LG game cartridge is black, then you'd best not try anymore, because the option won't show up.

If your LG game cartridge is light green, then keep trying, and follow some of the suggestions on this thread. If the game's legit, then it's just something you probably forgot to do on your DS game.

Golden Shaymin February 1st, 2008 1:37 PM

how did you get your copy of d/p and LG?

Shadowthinker February 1st, 2008 4:01 PM

You have to insert the game in first before you start Ds have you done that

Okay, I'm not stupid enough to just insert my LG in the middle of the game.

Okay, As I told you, I've been into the palpark. Obtain National Dex, and completed the e4 in LG, and my games aren't messed up. (although, I "accidentally" turned of my LG when it was "Saving.. Don't turn off the power". What? I was young...)

But then, that's the reason that I got my Emerald deleted...

I see, my LG is actually black. I bought it with a Official Nintendo Seal, So that's pretty weird. So Yeah I guess that's the reason I can't upload my LG into my Pal Park.

True Justice February 2nd, 2008 4:13 AM

well, my LG is in a green case, its not supposed to be black. and anyone could always scan the seal and paste it on a phony game. i would help if you could tell us where you got the game, if you remember.

Denuo February 2nd, 2008 4:44 AM

Yeah, there's a pretty decent chance your LG is Fake. I bought some fakes a while back and sure, they work okay for trading between other GBA games, but when it comes to compatibility with the DS, no go.

eBay is scummy as anything when buying Pokemon merchandise of all kinds, I'm afraid.

This is how the five GBA games should look like:

http://i7.ebayimg.com/02/s/000/77/48/7213_2.JPG

Any other colours are unoffical, fake games. Unfortunately.

I see. My LG is Black. So I guess it;'s fake. o__o

BakingBluePotatoe February 5th, 2008 2:02 AM

CONGRATULATIONS! You have been scammed! O_O

Fakes are not D/P Compatible, only official games made by NINTENDO work with D/P. Buy a real one from your local big-chain store that sells video games.
