True, as the Lock-On/Zap Cannon will be two turns every time, but i spose Thunder Wave/Bolt would only be once, followed by the constant Bolts. Tbf, thinkin bout it, an ice move would help against the super-effective ground types. But are there any moves like water, grass or another ice attck that you can teach/tutor it that arent Hidden Powers?
