SD Weavile isn't especially amazing but sure.

Electivire @Expert Belt/life orb
Mild: 252 Sp Atk / 252 Spd / 6 atk
HP Ice
Thunderbolt
Flamethrower
Cross Chop

Eh, I guess. I can tell the EVs need work but I'm not the electivire expert of this panel.

Blissey @ leftovers (cleric, sp. wall)

seismic toss
aromatherapy

Toxic

IMO Ice Beam is not worth a moveslot. Doesn't do so much. your team is fast enough that Thunder Wave is useless for your team, so Toxic would be cooler. It also stops Azelf from setting up on your even more.

Gengar @ choice specs
Timid 252 Sp Atk / 252 Spd / 6 HP
T-Bolt
Energy ball
Shadow Ball
Focus Blast

Eh, sure.

Suicune @leftovers (mixed wall)
Bold; 252 HP / 252 Def / 4 SAtk
calm mind
Roar
surf
rest

Mirror Coat Suicune is cool and all (I use it, which nobody knows Muhahahahahahaha!) but not with these moves around it.

Steelix @ leftovers (physical wall)
Relaxed
252 hp / 172 Sp def / 86 atk
Stealth rock
rest
EQ
gyro ball

Meh.

Specs Gengar can OHKO or 2HKO everything on this team, you'd have to revenge kill with Weavile. But you can't even do that without Pursuit :/

Zam is pretty much the same way and Porygon-Z will also mash through even Blissey.

...which is why we give Bliss 212 SDEF EVs and Calm Nature.

Anti March 1st, 2008 8:59 PM

Yeah but this Blissey happens to run Bold; 252 HP / 252 Def / 4 SDef

Also SD Lucario sweeps this, like it does with almost all teams these days.

Yeah, I saw that, I was suggesting a CHANGE.

Steelix can switch in to something not named CC and strike back with EQ (which is not on there, lol)

Anti March 1st, 2008 11:10 PM

Um you didn't really specify that :P

Steelix can switch in on everything except Close Combat..."except" would be the key word there. Steelix is OHKOed by SD Close Combat easily. If there's one physical sweeper that really hammers Steelix, SD Lucario would probably be the one, besides maybe Infernape.

Anyways, I don't really think too highly of this team since it can't really wall especially well. For example, mixed infernape totally decimates everything.

When Gyara comes out first to match Weavile, it uses SE and kills you, or taunt to prevent SD, and even an EQ or STAB waterfall is likely to OHKO.

216* EVs you mean, to achieve that extra point

I always run Modest Blisseys nowadays

Dark Azelf March 2nd, 2008 9:09 AM

then what would be a better special sweeper counter?

In my absence before a week ago, must have forgotten a lot of the strategies
