If it has Scarf I would have Gengar focus Blast him to death. Garchomp could also OHKO with Fire Blast. Azelf: Gengar could OHKO with Shadow Ball. If it has Scarf then Heatran would be my counter. Blissey: Tyranitar and Garchomp. Heatrans Fire Blast also hurts alot. If it can get a Flash Fire boost, Blissey will be 2HKO'd. Breloom: Zapdos can wall every Breloom without Stone Edge. Gengar also does the job nicely. Bronzong: Heatran can destroy him with Fire Blast. Celebi: Again Heatran. Gengar can 1HKO-2HKO standard ones. Considering they focus more on Defence than Special Defence. Tyranitar can Taunt it if I decide to keep it. Cresselia: One reason why I like Taunt on Tyranitar. Otherwise Heatran would have to 2HKO her with Fire Blast. Donphan: Zapdos, Heatran, and Gengar. Dragonite: Garchomp and Gengar would be my primary counters. Dugtrio: Garchomp is my main. Gengar may also work, but CB Sucker Punch scares me. Dusknoir: Tyranitar can Taunt it if I decide to keep it. Heatran can 2HKO with Fire Blast. Electivire: Gengar and Garchomp. Zapdos and Bronzong do a good job too. Foretress: Heatran decimates him. Garchomp: Considering many carry Choice Scarf, I would revenge kill with Gengar. Gengar: Gengar can counter him. If it has Scarf too, I would just switch to a counter that can take the locked in attack. Glisor: Heatran, Gengar, and Zapdos make quick work. Ice Beam from Tyranitar can OHKO him if I decide to keep Ice Beam. Gyarados: Gengar can revenge kill him. If I don't get hit by Intimidate Outrage can OHKO. Heatran: Gengar can revenge kill with Focus Blast. Tyranitar makes quick work with Earthquake. Heracross: Zapdos does a good job. Bronzong can help stall out attacks. Hippowdon: Heatran but very quick work with Fire Blast. Zapdos can come in easily. Gengar can 1HKO-2HKO with HP [Ice]. Infernape: Gengar and Garchomp can revenge kill him. Jirachi: Heatran, must I say more? Jolteon: Garchomp. Lucario: Zapdos and Bronzong would be my main two. Gengar can take on Specs variants by revenge killing with Focus Blast. Machamp: Heatran can Fire Blast him to hell, and Garchomp can outrage him. Magnezone: Heatran makes quick work, and Bronzong can somewhat stop it with Earthquake. Garchomp also makes quick work, considering I don't switch him in HP [Ice]. Mamoswine: Hence the title, Bronzong. Metagross: Heatran. Garchomp does well to. Bronzong walls him for eternity and Zapdos can stall him out. Milotic: Heatran can 2HKO with HP [Grass], Gengar may come close to a OHKO. If it doesn't use alot of defence Garchomp may be able to kill it. Otherwise most attacks are a 2HKO. Ninjask: Bronzong can lay down rocks. Considering it will BP, I will bring in a counter for that Pokemon. Porygon-Z: Garchomp and Gengar can revenge kill. Tyranitar can takes it's hits if it doesn't carry HP [Fighting]. Roserade: Heatran does this well. Gengar can OHKO with HP [ice] and Garchomp can OHKO with Outrage. Bronzong stops ones without HP [Fire]. Salamence: Gengar and Garchomp. Bronzong does a nice job against Dragon Dance varients. Scizor: Not much to say, except Heatran. Skarmory: Gengar, Zapdos, and Heatran. Snorlax: Tyranitar stops ones with Earthquake. Heatran can 2HKO with Fire Blast. Garchomp will 1HKO-2HKO with Outrage. Spiritomb: Heatran may be able to 1HKO with Fire Blast. Otherwise I can Taunt it with Tyranitar. Starmie: Gengar can revenge kill her. Suicune: Heatran 2HKO's him. Gengar also 2HKO's. Thats the closest I come to for a counter. Swampert: Heatran can OHKO with HP [Grass]. Tentacruel: I'm pretty sure Heatran can OHKO with Earth Power. If not then Garchomp. Tyranitar and Zapdos also do pretty good jobs. Togekiss: Heatran and Gengar can both 2HKO. Outrage may come close to one. Otherwise I may have some trouble with it. Tyranitar: Garchomp and Gengar will be my main counters. Bronzong counters Dragon Dance varients, while Tyranitar may counter if is it's Boah. Umbreon: Heatran pretty much walls it for eternity. Vaporeon: Heatran can 2HKO. Gengar can also 2HKO. Outrage may come close to a 1HKO. Otherwise I can't OHKO with any other move. Weavile: Bronzong can Gyro Ball and Gengar can revenge kill. Weezing: Heatran is my main switch. Tyranitar can stop him if I keep Taint. Gengar also counters him well. Yanmega: Heatran stops all without HP [Ground]. Otherwise Bronzong is my main counter. Zapdos: Heatran can 1HKO-2HKO it with Fire Blast. Gengar does a nice job with HP [Ice], as does Garchomps outrage. Well, thats my team. Thanks for reading and please give suggestions.[/QUOTE] No one wants to help me out with this team? |
Drill Pick > HP ICe on your Zapdos, after your bronzong is gone, Weavile will give you a very hard time. Other than that seems solid.

OK sorry for my last suggestion, I always think Weavile is a fighting type :p, it's dark and ice...
so you need something to take care of it and I think you'll be set. |

Hmm weavile counter? You also need a rapid spinner seeing as Zapdos takes unreal damage from stealth rock (Half your health gone before you even do anything, not good for a defensive poke lol)
Claydol Springs to mind, seeing as it resists Weavile's Fight moves. As long as weavile's packing pursuit and not night slash it could work. |

Also Zappy doesnt take 50%, it takes 25%, your thinking of Articuno and Moltres. If you looked up weavile counter on Google images, a picture of forretress would appear =p So yeah, forry would be nice. EDIT: Why is he weavile weak ? He has frikkin Bronzong for christs sake, look people please =/ Smogon Bronzong ev spread is bad, 252 HP / 108 DEF / 152 SP.DEF Please. Edit 2, You need a sp.wall dude, sp.sweepers will walk all over you.. Also you dont seem quite to gras the concept of a counter, a counter must be able to switch in on a pokemon and take little or no damage and be able to ohko the other pokemon, or at least cause a switch. |
So it does, sorry
Im used to all the birds having quad weaknesses to rock lol Im still trying to figure out how i overlooked forry Noob question, but what does yache berry do again? |

Edit: Which would be good to replace and not make my team weak? |
Quote:
[email protected] 252 DEF / 212 SP.DEF / 40 HP Calm nature Trait : natural Cure - Thunderwave/ Ice Beam - Seismic Toss - Softboiled - Aromatherapy EDIT : @ Gofre , Yache berry weakens Ice Attacks. |

That's the one, thanx DA
Is that the new standard blissey I've been hearing about? Im not keen on that EV spread :S |

@Mr. Roboto, replace one of your sweepers. |
Quote:
|
I'd say one of your physical sweepers, seeing as there's 3 of them and only 2 special. Getting rid of gengar would leave heatran alone as your primary special sweeper, and without scarf he isnt overly fast

That sounds like a plan ;)

Edt: Alrighty, all changes have been made. Please help out if there are anymore flaws. Thanks. |

i will!
i reckon its a good team but i think that the bronzong should be replaced as fire and water are super-effective against it . seeing as them and grass are the biggest types in the game you could have a problem there. otherwise its very good! and you might wanna get a good water pokémon in there as garchomp has fire moves and heatran has grass and fire moves but there is no sign of a water type. i suggest that you swap bronzong for swampertas his only weakness is grass and if a grass-type comes along and takes him out youre heatran or garchomp kould wruff him up too! |

Mmm. Infernape could do serious damage to your team. If he know that you have Gengar and Heatran for Fighting/Fire moves he can outpredict you...
