Orb question

what is the use of orbs if the only effect of them harms the holder?

♣Gawain♣ March 24th, 2008 3:24 AM

What do you mean harms the holder? It's just the opposite!

I think he means Toxic Orb and Flame Orb.
I dunno. To boost Facade maybe?

Flame Orb and Toxic Orb?

Certain Pokémon abilities help the Pokémon when it's statused, like Poison Heal and Guts. Poison Heal negates poison damage and heals instead, while Guts negates burn's Attack drop and increases Attack. They also stop your Pokémon from being affected by other statuses, like Sleep. Or you could use Lopunny (which is unaffected by hold items), and use Switcheroo to burn/toxic your opponent.

Who's Switcheroo? Weird name...

El Gofre March 24th, 2008 4:01 AM

Switcheroo is the name of the move, it swaps over the two pokemons items lol
