[SOTW] Voting Round #2

A list of entrants can be found HERE.

Sorry if anyone did not get the chance to enter, but weeks go by fast :).

Good luck to the contestants, and this time, i'm making sure the votes go public...

Seems more 'vector' than abstract to me, but I do like Ishida's the most. It's very clean, not overpowering/blinding or overblended, like some others.

However, the concept of 'abstract' really needs to be revisited. xD;;

evilcheese March 27th, 2008 7:02 PM

wow i got a vote XD

but akari's impressed me the most

Gummy March 27th, 2008 7:03 PM

Yeah, it was hard for me to choose between you and HFK. But in the end, as you can see, I chose you.

What's the biggest difference between a vector and an abstract?

Yeah. The voting poll for the first one hasn't end yet. I thought it's Saturday EST. O.o

Oh, congrats too.

I was thinking between munna and evilcheese, but I choose munna as EC's text didn't appeal me.

Nytkoi March 28th, 2008 1:32 PM

I usually think that one is just more 'Solid' than the other. Abstract is usually more broken up, smaller pieces I guess. I dunno, I'm bad at explaining. xD;

Yeah, sorry about that, i'm not a very organised person <;P

I finished the poll yesterday, so I could get the thread up in time, because different people are on at different times, if I finish it yesterday, then theres a definate chance I can get the thread up.

I'll try inform you guys a bit better next time x[.

Here's a dictionary definition and it's exactly how I think it is…

evilcheese March 29th, 2008 2:34 PM

well vector i think is just flat. and abstract is unique 3dish thing thats how i think of it.

THIRTY-SIX March 29th, 2008 2:50 PM

What makes you think vectors cannot look 3d or show a faux depth… ?

Shika March 29th, 2008 10:12 PM

Thanks everyone.
I first thought it's vector from chemistry xD
