<Great. just what I wanted to hear> I said sarcasticly, following and using my claws to make short work of the survivors that Chaos wasn't killing off..
"On the other hand" I muttered under my breath when I'd reached the door without incident "I could be wrong" I finished, looking for a way into the central chamber.
<I'm not getting my hopes up> I said, noticing an air duct on the ceiling, that more than likly led ot the other side of the door, but it was too high for either of us to reach, especially with me unable to morph <there's an air duct on the ceiling, if you jump off my back, you should be able to reach it.> I said calmly
"Alright" I said a bit sckeptically. "We can try, at least" I finished, moving closer to Eclipse.
<Just hurry, this is weird enough already> I said calmly, bracing myself
"You're telling me" I quipped back, doing my best to scramble up onto Eclipse's back.
I hissed, resisting the urge to bite him, instead saying <Just hurry up, I am able to carry your weight, but safe to say i don't like it>
"I'd imagine so" I shot back, finally managing a precarious perch on her back. from there, the only difficult part was keeping my balance as I got the grate off. Once I had myself fully inside, I turned around so I was facing Eclipse, gave a small salute and said"Wish me luck" as I turned back around and crawled off.
<Just hope you can get through quickly> I said, laying in a corner, staying as hidden as i could manage..
It wasn't all that great a distance from the grate I'd come through to the exit I wanted. Unfortunately, they'd narrowed the width of the grate to something I couldn't hope to fit more than my head through. What it allowed me, though, was to see securit around the area. My grenade had taken out about half of them it seemed. I shuffled backwards along the corridor, then hopped out through the grate I'd come in by saying "We've got a problem."

It was later on that day that the villianess decided to attempt a new break-in. To where, she didn't know, but the adoloscent criminal was fed up with waiting to strike...
Clambering into a air-vent of some building-which one? She didn't particularly care- as quietly as she could, Illusion cursed her late arrival. However, as she rouded a corner, sdhe had a feeling in the pit of her stomach that she wasn't alone in this place... Illusion shook her head. A couple of guards were nothing! But, maybe... Forget it. She told herself sharply, proceeding in finding yet another passageway, whist shaking her head in self-disgust. |

"Do you want to hear how it is" I snapped back "Or would you rather have charged straight in without knowing what's in there? Or better yet! A nice comforting lie, perhaps?"
A few more minutes, soon, she fell through a small hole, that had been obviously used by criminals at least years before her, and she landed in yet another vent passage, a bit ticked off at the fall.
Slapping the side of her head in irration and frustration, she continued slowly. |

I dropped the matter there, not wanting to have things degenertae any further. This time around I asked without a trace of sarcam "Any bright ideas though?"
Finally, Illusion reached the end of the seemingly endless air vent, and lept out, then looked around, squinting at her sorroundings.
Strangely, it was very dimly lit, and only a few lights hanging from the ceiling flickered. Trying to adjust her cat-like, orange eyes to the dark, she waited... |
saphira watched the boy. he didnt seem dangerous now, but she could never be so sure.

"why would i tell you that?" saphira snarled. suddently saphiras head snapped up. "oh no..." she whispered. saphira steped back into the shadows dissapearing into the unknown...
Psycho growled quietly. He felt he should follow her, so he flew into the shadows, using a contained enrergy ball to light his way.
saphira ran as fast as she could, reappearing on the other side of the city right next to the beach. she sighed unawere of psycho following her.
Psycho caught sight of her and flew towards her. He felt a bit tired, and realized that he had followed her all the way to the opposite side of town. His dark blue cloak fluttered in the wind as he began to close in on her.
"Bout 50 guards, maybe 20 of them above us on a balcony." I said in as casual a voice as I could muster. I added "Probably having a wide variety of explovives, maybe some stationary machine guns."
