Fire Type Pokemon

So I was thinking the other day and I figured that I needed a fire type pokemon in my party. But I can't decide which fire pokemon I should get......
I want something not too hard to get and looks (and is) cool.
I'll let you guys decide.

Well...what did you have in mind? Physical or Special? or Both?

....... What do you mean (more like what does that mean)?

What i mean is...did you want something that focuses on special attacks(Flamethrower, Fire Blast, Eruption)
or physical attacks(Fire Fang, Flare Blitz, Fire Punch)
or did you want both?
basically...what do you want to be higher, attack, or special attack?

Doesn't really matter what kind of attacks it is.

Try a Houndoom, should be relatively easy to get your hands on one, it looks cool, and it is rly good.

What about a Flareon? Is that any good?

Last Raven April 5th, 2008 5:18 PM

Flareons good...but the strongest fire attack(that it can use effectively due to high attack and low sp. atk) is fire fang

If you didn't choose Chimchar, the only Fire-Pokémon you can get is Ponyta, assuming this is in-game.

Anyway, things about teams and stuff go in Strategies & Movesets. Thanks.
