I'll join! =D
Yaay! What kind of art style do you like to draw?

Working Class Hero April 12th, 2008 4:06 PM

I don't really have a favorite. I just draw anime like characters because it actually comes almost naturally to me. ^_^ What about you? :D

Midori Chi April 12th, 2008 4:09 PM

I draw anime-style as well. I need to branch out and try other styles though. XD

In Art class right now, we're working on self-portraits. Mine turned out pretty good. I've been drawing objects around me recently too, like projectors and doors.

I can't really draw anything other than people. XD It only took my a month to get from stick figures to drawing really good people. Here is my latest anime style drawing;

Demon Fairy

Ooh, interesting angle~ 0.0
I like it. : 3 I'm not sure I would call it anime though. It looked more realisitic. ^.^

Gummy April 12th, 2008 4:20 PM

Does art you make by using Photoshop count? XD If so, I want to join.

Thank you ^_^ I am not good at portraits though. XD I am just good at sketching and drawing stuff from imagination like this. ^_^

Gummy: All art counts so yes XD -edit- I added you onto the list. ^_~ Thanks for joining!

Gummy April 12th, 2008 4:37 PM

Thanks for letting me in! I'm still a beginner in photoshop but I'm gradually getting better.

What is the best banner or image you did? ^_^

Gummy April 12th, 2008 5:09 PM

My favorite so far and it's not even the final version. I better finish it before my trial runs out. XD

That is REALLY good so far! :D And you haven't been doing it for awhile? Wow you have talent! ^_^

Gummy April 12th, 2008 5:25 PM

I just started like four days ago. When you first get the program, all the tools make it look like you'll never master it, but it's not really hard at all.

Omg I know! XD I had a trial of it and I was like "O_O". I never did get used to it. XD Now I just use Gimp.

Ooh, interesting club. I wouldn't mind joining.

I'm in the same situation as Gummy, though. I mainly use Photoshop to make signature banners and such~

^_^ Awesome. -assumes- The banner you made in your signature is awesome! ^_^

Both are now on the member list.

I drew another character (Aang) today but the coloring is horrible. I went to take a picture and notice that half of it is scribbles XD

I can't draw to save my life but I have a high appreciation of it. I love looking at sculptures personally.

Sculptures are awesome. So time consuming but so plain. I don't really like them because well its not like you can make them so artisticly amazing that it just draws you into them. :o

THIRTY-SIX April 13th, 2008 6:37 AM

I'm talking about those abstract ones… not the ones that have a fixed meaning.

I've never really seen an abstract one. Would you mind posting a link of an image for me please? ^_~

There was one that looked like an iron knight running through the wind…but I forgot who the artist was.

Working Class Hero April 13th, 2008 8:49 AM

Those are, extremely interesting! XD But they are still cool. ^_~

Tater Tot April 13th, 2008 12:13 PM

Awesome sculptures. ;D

I don't have any new drawings though, the last one I made before Cheese was Chatot, and I don't feel like going back to Photobucket. >.<

Midori Chi April 13th, 2008 12:19 PM

I've seen a few modern sculptures before in other states I've visited. They're quite fun when it's right in front of you. XD

I'm going to try to draw a picture I'll actually like, and show to ya'all later. ^.^
