Keep up the practice, you got the basics down, you have to start working on shaping it and geting more of a smoother look to your spriting and you'll be excellent.

Try using a base sprite. But other than that it's great!

Atomic Reactor April 27th, 2008 5:33 PM

what do you mean? use a base sprite for what?

EDIT: i posted my SSBB enemies

strawhat_luffy April 30th, 2008 3:50 PM

I think the last SSBB enemy looks incredibly great, but I think it has a little bit too much "dithering"(I think it's called that. when you use a light color and a dark color, and blend them in by doing a pattern that slowly goes from one color to the other.)

i added some D/P=FR/LG overworlds.
tell me what you think =)

Ridley May 13th, 2008 6:13 AM

Wow, I really like what you did with the FR/LG style D/P characters. Very nice...Cuz I hate using D/P characters in my game cuz they look weird compared to all the FR/LG or R/S/E characters lol
Anyways good job!

They look awesome, even if you started from scratch in the last one... You're really good at editing sprites... The DP OW's look awesome, too!
Keep up the good work!

Cool sprites i like them..

Bekki May 25th, 2008 10:19 AM

I do like them but like some said in here means that if you take an original Pokemon from any generation then you use that as the base. I do it the whole time for fusions and recolouring.

Whatever happened to the grass dino dragon thing?

Levity-Adam November 22nd, 2008 12:54 PM

You could try and improve on your scratch sprites a bit more...
But, I do love the sprite of yourself playing the guitar - must of taken ages to draw!

You know, you're not supposed to revive threads older than 30 days.
