Best Route for catching ledgendary dogs in FR/LG?

What is it? I 've heard many answers before, but now I watn to hear the truth. Which is the fastest, most efficient route?

Assuming you have a pokemon with mean look, and a few status changing attacks, the route below Pewter city works. Its a quick dash from the city to the route, and the grass is right there. And if the dog won't leave a certain area, fly between Pewter and Viridian, go out a few times, and see if its in your area. Its all up to chance.

Well, those guys are the best ones to use your master ball on, so mean look wont really be necessary
