Substitute Gengar for a Scizor?

Well, I was thinking about how I am going to be making the perfect team for my Crystal version.
Now I got to thinking what my team would be good against... Then I noticed Psychic was a super weakness against my team. It was a tie between Gengar and Sneasel.
I picked Sneasel. I like him more, plus Sneasel w.\ Metal Claw and trained in Attack and Speed is amazingly powerful. So he won the battle. I'm getting to thinking now, I don't have a good electric type, but then again I have Typhlosion which knows Thunderpunch so that's taken care of.

Now how about this, what if I got a Bug pokemon? I thought Scyther at first then I thought, no... If I need more Electricity apart of my team... How about add evolve Scyther into Scizor and teach it the following moveset.

Scizor
Thunderbolt
Fury Cutter
Swords Dance
Double Team

If I train his Speed and Attack/Sp.Attack he could be a very strong Pokemon in place of Gengar.

Ideas and Comments?

Thanks.

Dude go to serebii.net and think why would a bug/steel pokemon learn a electric move? This thread should of been closed already...
