Should i evolve...

should i evolve my elekid to an electabuzz right away or wait for something?

KantoJohto May 9th, 2008 6:31 PM

I don't get what you mean by evolving Elekid right away, I am almost certain that Elekid doesn't use a stone to evolve it so what exactly do you mean right away? He needs to be happy

elwappo08 May 9th, 2008 9:07 PM

No he does not need to be happy.
He just evolves at level 30 into Electabuzz.

No, Electabuzz only learns the good moves.

i mean by stopping its evolution for better attacks earlier

El Gofre May 10th, 2008 4:27 AM

Since it has no prevolution moves that are unobtainable as electabuz, you may as well evolve it now. It's stats are abysmal, as you'd expect from a baby, so you should evolve it and wait a few exra levels for attacks.

Mistress Darkrai May 10th, 2008 4:36 AM

If I were you, I would just evolve it, because if becomes stronger faster, and because Elekid doesn't learn any pre-evolution moves after Lvl. 30.

ErickaVolt May 10th, 2008 5:36 AM

Evolve it right away. Because it can learn some strong moves and high stats...

Sydian May 10th, 2008 8:08 AM

It evolves at level thirty.

So, just evolve it when it gets there. Electabuzz is worth having.

The Beast May 10th, 2008 10:36 AM

Hey man, the best advice it to wait until it evolves into an Electabuzz and then train it to a managable level (which is level 60) and then get an electrizer and than evolve it into a Electivire.

EDIT: Wait until you trade Electabuzz to a reasonable game like poke'mon diamond/pearl and then evolve it into Electivire.

Electrivire didnt exist back then...

Mattysaurus May 12th, 2008 6:43 PM

Evolve him right away And teach him elemental moves like ice punch, psychic, fire punch, ect.

dtvaganza May 16th, 2008 7:28 AM

just hold on a little bit..
elekid is cool :p

Ryuzaki_Lawliet May 16th, 2008 1:28 PM

Even though people are saying evolve it now, i'd say wait. Because you might not have enough experience for the pokemon to listen to you, so I'd say wait until you have.. like, half your badges.

Moana Kai May 16th, 2008 2:11 PM

evolve Elekid right away because when it becomes Electabuzz at level 30, it has a better chance of training and battling.

Starky-08 May 18th, 2008 2:38 AM

Yes evolve him right away! Electabuzz is a handy Pokemon to have!

Superjub May 21st, 2008 11:47 AM

I'd say evolve it because it learns decent moves as an Electabuzz.
But at the end of the day its your choice ;)

gameshark May 25th, 2008 1:57 AM

id train to get all elekids moves and then evolve when hes got the moves electabuzz doesnt learn.

Pokedon89 May 25th, 2008 4:26 AM

id see its move set 1st and what ur using it 4

School Kid John May 25th, 2008 6:38 AM

I suggest that you just let it evolve right away.

Electabuzz learns all the good moves, afterall.
