Route 224? Is that the one you talking about?

i never knew there was a path 'above' the elite four, do you mean next to the elite four?

Eh? Suiggly path...wtf. What are you talking about? Do you mean to the sides of the Pokemon league? You are on the summit. It's nothing.

If you mean Route 224 (which I assume you do), you go back into Victory Road but only AFTER you beat the Elite Four. Then, find the place where there was a man blocking the entrance and go through that way. When you come out you'll be there.

Also, to add a note on what Skarmory said, be prepared for entourage double battles, such as those with Cheryl in Eterna Forest.

However, I could guess that you could be talking about the island above the Elite Four. If that's the case, once you've beaten the Elite Four, your mother will tell you that your Rival wanted you to jump on a boat in Snowpoint. If you head there, you'll take a short boat trip, and viola.

However, I kind of doubt its that, because you're actually hinted towards it, when you continue the game, after beating the Elite Four.. Route 224 sounds like it is what you're talking about, lugia.

Just thought I'd cover all possibilities.. ^^;

Not quite, you don't need to beat the E4, you just need the National Dex (by seeing all pkmn in the Sinnoh Dex). However, it is a lot easier to get the National Dex by beating the E4.
