Corsola? Does anyone use it?

I caught one but I never thought of training one and making it a member of the team. Is he horrible, decent, or awesome? I am just curious as to know if anyone ever use it?

Fighting against other people, or just the main game?

Learning recover at lv 19 is good, no? That and mirror coat could do some damage, but there isn't anything else special about it.

The types give it a x4 weakness to grass, but doesn't protect it from electricity.
