A question bout the power items...
does the power items, like power anklet & power weight give double the EVs than macho brace does, but only to a certain stat?
|
They give +4 EV's to a certain stat. Not double.

No...if you KOd a +3, macho brace gives +3...
|
It works like this. Say I fight a Gastly for +1 EV. IF I add the macho Brace the Gastly gives me +2 EVs. If I add the power item for HP it will give me +5 EV's. If I add any of the other power items I will get +1 Special attack EV and +4 of the EV that matches the power item.
They always add four EVs to the stat that they effect. If you have pokerus this is doubled to +8 EV's. |
and on top of that im pretty sure the power items add EV's after every battle regardless of what EV's the pokemon give. Like if you have the power item that gives +4 speed and you beat a gastradon which gives +2 hp, you'll get the 2 hp AND 4 speed.
Not 100% sure on this but im almost positive |

(EV + 4) x 2. The lowest possible amount you can get in this equation is 10 EVs (from an enemy that gives 1 EV). |
