You can play songs with your badges??

PB. July 6th, 2008 10:27 AM

You tap your badges and then make a sound, I didnt realise you can play actual songs, I don't think theres a set amount of songs on there.

Mukkamoto July 6th, 2008 10:36 AM

If you could post what song you could play then i could give it a go,
i knew the badges make sounds but didnt expect someone to play music using it XD

DragonLordAL July 6th, 2008 11:44 AM

the two songs i can play are twinkle twinkle little star and old mcdonald had a farm

El Gofre July 6th, 2008 11:55 AM

I suppose its a process of working out which badge corresponds to each musical note. If you could do that then theoretically you could play quite a few songs. I myself dont have the patience to try :P

41victory July 6th, 2008 11:57 AM

Yeah I've noticed that
The only song I tried to play on it was Ode to Joy... Yeah it did it kinda...

Mr. Pokemon July 6th, 2008 12:33 PM

Infinitely many. You can just make up your own songs.

acetrainer July 6th, 2008 1:05 PM

Does a badge sound different if it is polished or unpolished?

PB. July 6th, 2008 1:22 PM

The badges make the same sound polished or not, I belive. I guess its just prettier to look at when they are all clean.

Milotic_King July 6th, 2008 1:50 PM

My friend showed me this a few days ago, and I was all like "WOAH!"

I'll update you guys when I can play Ozzy's Crazy Train and Metallica's Master of Puppets.

:P

*off topic*
My town theme for Animal Crossing is Crazy Train, LOL!

Nope, it actually sounds different if the badges are dirty.

If all badges are completely clean, each badge will go from G - G, I believe, allowing you to play any song that doesn't make use of "accidents", such as flats or sharps (black keys on a piano, for example).

Olly July 6th, 2008 4:09 PM

I tried to play Jingle Bells once but I got pretty annoyed when I kept hitting the wrong "note" so I stopped.

airconditioning July 6th, 2008 7:10 PM

I can play 'Mary Had a Little Lamb' on my badges.

I'm a musical genius.

Kerotan July 6th, 2008 7:12 PM

I cant, because I always make that stupid 'squeaksqueak' whenever I touch them. ^_^

Chimecho_V July 7th, 2008 2:10 PM

Yeah, I hate that squeaking. when i clean my badges, it gets really annoying and i have to turn down the volume.. anyway, i can play like 4 songs.

MediocreKen July 7th, 2008 3:21 PM

i was confused at first when i was polishing them. never tryed to play songs though

Appletun July 8th, 2008 9:13 AM
