Charizard★ August 17th, 2010 4:41 AM

Yea. a Dolphin is the only animal they're missing. :o

Happy Azumarill August 19th, 2010 4:46 AM

A dolfin would be great. what about a platypus, it comes from the water as well

Sweet Candace August 19th, 2010 11:56 AM

But, platypuses, platypi? platy-people? Anyway, they don't do much.

Platina Berlitz August 19th, 2010 2:58 PM

Maybe a slightly better frog one as well?

King Gumball August 19th, 2010 10:47 PM

Oooh a platypus pokemon would be absolutely awesome! I would also like an Axolotyl pokemon (not mudkip) one that looks more like one. It can have a massive Salamander evo!

Sweet Candace August 20th, 2010 3:50 PM

If there was a platypus Pokemon, I'd SO name him Perry! (Perry is from Phineas and Ferb, and I'd nickname it that only if it was a male.)

King Gumball August 21st, 2010 3:03 AM

What do you think Luvdisc's new evos shiny form will be? I don't think it will be gold.. It might be a duller yellow or maybe a purple or blue. I think they are really the only colours that would suit it well.

Witch August 22nd, 2010 2:57 PM

More than likely it'll be gold or yellow because that contrasts to pink

King Gumball August 22nd, 2010 11:06 PM

I love your sig Ambellina.

There I hope there is a water elite four or gym in B&W. There will be more than likely as water is so popular and is one of the main types, but I hope there is an E4 member who has water types.

I also love how the starter (cant remember its name) is based on a sea otter! I am really excited to see what it's evo will look like or what it may be.

Platina Berlitz August 24th, 2010 1:23 PM

Yeah, I'm still waiting to see the evos for the new starter

Sweet Candace August 24th, 2010 1:25 PM

I'm interested to see how each starters final form typing will be.

Witch August 26th, 2010 11:11 AM

It's supposed to be water & fighting. :3 which will be pretty awsome, I think

Spinosaurus August 26th, 2010 12:07 PM

Why do I have a feeling Mijumaru's evolved form will be some sort of a sumo? xD

Also, I just discovered my love for Carvanha and Sharpedo. o3o

RockHardSemi August 26th, 2010 12:17 PM

Sharpedo used to be my favourite on Sapphire (I think it was) but I lost it when I traded it to Pokemon Colloseum.

I might try and find another in Soul Silver, if it's there!

Witch August 28th, 2010 1:47 PM

It's supposed to be a sumo or a ninja

Sweet Candace August 28th, 2010 3:27 PM

Since when does a sea otter turn into a sumo? Pokemon works in mysterious ways...

Platina Berlitz August 30th, 2010 4:22 AM

haha, my thinking excatally. But it is pokemon and they do have some odd pokemon out there already...

King Gumball September 5th, 2010 10:17 PM

So all of the new starter pokemon's evo's came out!

The grass one's final evo looks pure win! Like a massive serpent. I love it. The middle evo of the grass one is...meh. It is too alike to the first evo and not similar to the final evo enough. It doesn't look as though it would evolve into something so epic and huge.

The fire starter looks pretty good. I like the middle evo the best out of all of them. The final one is ok.

and Mijumaru's middle evo is quite crappy I must say.... disappointing really. The colouring is bad and the design is awful. I may change my mind when better pics come in but... eww.

The final evo of Mijumaru though is awesome too. It looks so strong and awesome. Just one problem.. It looks nothing like Mijumaru.

Missingno.7-4468 September 5th, 2010 11:01 PM

I quite like the middle evo of Mijumaru. But the final is just SO off. I love the design, but I don't want my cute little otter to evolve into...

THAT.>_<

Sweet Candace September 6th, 2010 3:41 AM

Pokemon works in mysterious ways. Miju's evos just make me not like it even more. It's evolutions don't make much sense at all.

Amore September 6th, 2010 7:56 AM

Lol, these evos mean I may play B/W without a starter pokemon on my first playthrough.....unless Pokabu is better than most un-evolved starters, and viable late-game....

Sweet Candace September 6th, 2010 9:26 AM

Mijumaru...is like...what?! How does an otter evolve into a unicorn!? It makes no sense.

Witch September 7th, 2010 5:15 PM

I know! D: I was like uhhh, okay. But it does look cool

Missingno.7-4468 September 7th, 2010 8:28 PM

You know, looking at it closer, I think it's some weird offspring of a narwhal and a Sea Lion >_>

Not that that makes it any better >_>

Halcyon September 8th, 2010 2:27 AM

I really hope that sea otter's (along with the other two cute starters) evolution aren't for real...

Sweet Candace September 8th, 2010 8:07 AM

I liked the Tsutaaja's evolutions more than the others. I hope Tsutaaja's forms are real because his final form is really cool.

King Gumball September 10th, 2010 9:53 PM

So apparently pokebeach confirmed that Manambou isn't Luvdisc's evo!!!! OMG NO!

http://www.pokecommunity.com/showthread.php?t=231892 This is the link to the pokecommunity thread about it. I think that is just really sad and a massive, amssive let down. I was so happy luvdisc had an evo, and the feeling just got torn away from me.

I too actually think that Miju's full evo is based off a Narwhal now that you mention it.

Witch September 11th, 2010 6:30 AM

I see there is a Water monkey thing along with 2 pahrana fish things :O

Happy Azumarill September 16th, 2010 2:13 AM

i recon there should be an evo for Luvdisc should have an evo in the 5th gen :(

Sweet Candace September 16th, 2010 8:08 AM

The reason why there are no old evolutions is probably the fact Isshu is so far away from Kanto, Johto, etc.

King Gumball September 16th, 2010 11:30 PM

Yes, it is another continent. But still there should be water evos and preevos because they can obviously swim.

http://i51.*.com/24m50sm.jpg

OMG A MAN-O-WAR POKEMON!!

It is so on my team. It is soo beautiful and awesome looking.

Witch September 17th, 2010 8:44 AM

I'm gonna use that guy too.

Sweet Candace September 17th, 2010 9:35 AM

I like Basurao and the fossil turtle. I'm going to start with Basurao.

http://pokebeach.com/news/0910/black-white/new-pokemon/isshu-pokemon-56.jpg

http://pokebeach.com/news/0910/black-white/new-pokemon/isshu-pokemon-56.jpg
This is one of the best things that happened to pokemon. I'm serious.

http://pokebeach.com/news/0910/black-white/new-pokemon/isshu-pokemon-9.jpg
This guy is probably my second favorite water starter now. I see a lot of hates on this awesome Dialga wannabe.

http://pokebeach.com/news/0910/black-white/new-pokemon/isshu-pokemon-22.jpg
"meh"
Too girly

http://pokebeach.com/news/0910/black-white/new-pokemon/isshu-pokemon-43.jpg
Yet another Water/Ground. But I don't mind it since it's a frog. <3

http://pokebeach.com/news/0910/black-white/new-pokemon/isshu-pokemon-71.jpg
I'm honestly disappointed that the fossils weren't dinosaurs. But after I saw them I didnt mind them at all. The guy is cool, I might use him. =P

http://pokebeach.com/news/0910/black-white/new-pokemon/isshu-pokemon-87.jpg
I love swans. So I don't really mind this. But it is yet another flying/electric type that isnt Gyarados with weak stats. =/

http://pokebeach.com/news/0910/black-white/new-pokemon/isshu-pokemon-99.jpg
Man-O-War! <3333333 And a ghost type too!

http://pokebeach.com/news/0910/black-white/new-pokemon/isshu-pokemon-100.jpg
165 HP and Hydration. Talk about good.

Yeah I think that is all for the water type of this gen. (excluding that legendary) I can say they are pretty impressive. Especially Basurao <3

I'm a little disappointed that this is kinda it for water pokemon for this region ;__; but I can always transfer over my Tentacruel XD

I'm kinda unsure about that monkey thing. I might use it but I pretty much have my team set so far :O

OMGHELLNO!!!!! D:< HOW CAN THEY DO THIS?! THEY'RE SO CRUEL!!!! T_T

I am so gonna use that Man-O-War thing.

The water monkey is disgusting.

I don't understand what's the link between Futachimaru and Daikenki. Other than the fact that they have the same typing, they're worlds apart, lol.

King Gumball September 18th, 2010 10:34 PM

I am disappointed that there are hardly any water pokemon in this region. Normally water types is around the largest quantity in every gen along side grass (there are hardly any grass types in this gen either.)

http://stuff.veekun.com/bw-montage-shiny.png

There are shinies on this page :) I like the man-o-war shiny I wonder if the female sprite of the man-o-war has a different shiny form. The female sprite for those who dont know is pink with lipstick it seems.

Twisted Cuteness September 20th, 2010 6:20 AM

WHATS WITH LESS WATER POKEMON?!
I'm actually pretty shocked. andddd no magikarp? what's this world comming to?!

Witch September 20th, 2010 3:00 PM

I know! No pokemon from any of the previos generations are here. I'm so thankful for link trading XD

Sweet Candace September 20th, 2010 3:03 PM

Grass has the most new Pokemon at 21. Water comes in second though not too far behind. There are some interesting new Pokemon (sorry, Mijumaru and it's evos are not interesting, or good).

I know... No matter how annoying Magikards were, I will miss them deeply :(

Twisted Cuteness September 23rd, 2010 5:08 AM

any guesses on what will be this gen's annoying random popping up pokemon? (like zubat or tentacool?)

Sweet Candace September 23rd, 2010 8:09 AM

I think Koromori. The bat with the heart-shaped nose.

King Gumball September 25th, 2010 12:15 AM

For an annoying water type I would sayhttp://veekun.com:81/dex/media/black-white/592.pnghttp://veekun.com:81/dex/media/black-white/580.pnghttp://veekun.com:81/dex/media/black-white/581.pnghttp://veekun.com:81/dex/media/black-white/593.png They would be the obvious annoying water types. Unfortuneatley there aren't many ocean water types. Most of hem are like frogs and monkeys.

Witch September 25th, 2010 5:04 AM

My guess would be the duck thing D: I'm not sure if I'll put him on my team yet or not

Sweet Candace September 25th, 2010 5:12 AM

I have a feeling the Isshu jellyfish Pokemon will be very common, much like Tentacool was.

Witch September 26th, 2010 2:58 AM

How about the new abilities..? I haven't heard about many of them...

shinysweety September 29th, 2010 12:30 AM

hi i love water pokemon so please can i join!!!

Twisted Cuteness September 29th, 2010 5:33 AM

welcome! Ambellina will add you when she gets a chance.

I've heard of the new moves...I don't really care about abilities because most water pokemon have the same ones :X

Sweet Candace September 29th, 2010 7:27 AM

Some abilities are very good, but it doesn't look like there are any new abilities beneficial to Water-type Pokemon. I certainly could be wrong though.

shinysweety September 29th, 2010 10:23 AM

i love water pokemon like goldeen and horsea!

hey i love to chose the ocen because its great to catch pokemon like maril and tentacool!

Captain Hobo. September 29th, 2010 7:30 PM

I love that Sheldom guy he is so cute:)

Makbets September 29th, 2010 10:29 PM

I want to join and my fav is Gyarados! :D

Captain Hobo. September 30th, 2010 5:46 AM

Gyarados is very strong and cool he is one of my favorite water type too.

Witch September 30th, 2010 6:00 AM

I've added you both to the member list :D welcome!

EPIC Shedinja Hollow September 30th, 2010 6:21 AM

I love water Pokemon, so may I join this club? :3 Milotic is one of my top favorite water types.

Crystal Glaceon September 30th, 2010 8:22 AM

I'm really glad they changed the way to get Milotic in the upcomming game

EPIC Shedinja Hollow September 30th, 2010 8:28 AM

Yeah... I hate making poffins... :/ I don't do Pokemon contests at all, so the only reason I would ever need poffins are to mass produce me some Milotic.

Sweet Candace September 30th, 2010 9:01 AM

Getting a Milotic was a pain. You had to get lucky to find a Feebas, get lucky again and make it like dry Poffins or likes anything and get enough dry Poffins made to evolve it.

It's just too hard and I'm glad they made it much easier to evolve a Feebas into a Milotic.

EPIC Shedinja Hollow September 30th, 2010 9:55 AM

I can fix the nature to whatever I need it to be, I just don't like making poffins for it. XD It takes away the time that I could be using to train it. lol

Witch September 30th, 2010 9:57 AM

:O how do you get it now..?

EPIC Shedinja Hollow September 30th, 2010 10:01 AM

Quote:

Okay, here's I mass prodice Milotic. 1. Have a Ditto with a Modest nature (or Timid, whichever is better for the trainer's needs) holding an Everstone. Have a Feebas. Send them to the daycare, get eggs, hatch them, check for natures, then train it to the desired level. Get plenty of.......... *thinks* ............. I believe I used Wiki berries...? Those are Dry, right...? Well, I made around.... 25 or so dry poffins, and all of them had a good level. After making poffins SAVE your game, then feed that Feebas of yours poffins until its beauty is at its max, then level up. If it evolves, then congrats. If not, then reset and try again. Does that answer your question? :3

I would like to join I've always liked Water pokemon they go well with my Bugs
My favorite would have to be Surskit followed closely by Crawdaunt,Kingler,Peliper and Sharpedo

EPIC Shedinja Hollow September 30th, 2010 1:46 PM

Isn't it true that most of the Pokemon universe is also populated by lots of water type Pokemon??

Sweet Candace September 30th, 2010 4:16 PM

Well, the Pokemon world is based off Earth, and Earth is 75% percent water. So, naturally there should be more Water-type Pokemon because of the lopsided ratio of water to land.

King Gumball September 30th, 2010 5:54 PM

Yeah, Feebus was such a pain to get, in all the games. Although the lake you find it in in Sapphire, the very first time I fished there I found a Feebus, so I thought it was common at that time, seeing as it only took me one fish.

The method for just FINDING Feebas' was ridiculous. Enter a special phrase at Dewford, then go to route 126 or whatever and fish at specific spots. That was irritating for the most part.

Captain Hobo. October 1st, 2010 6:59 AM

Yes, there is more water pokemon than any other pokemon.

Anyway, water type is my 2nd favorite type of pokemon

Captain Hobo. October 1st, 2010 11:39 AM

Makbets October 1st, 2010 11:41 AM

tobi-ksla October 3rd, 2010 3:47 AM

Hey! I'm Tobi, and I'm just a wandering forumer. I'd like to join the Water Pokémon Club because Water Pokémon are one of my favorites.

What got me interested in Water Pokémon? I guess it's because of Blastoise. He was my first starter. Then, came Kingdra, who made herself discretely present in my life. Then, there was the Starmie-Floatzel combo that made me want to build a Water-monotype team for Wi-Fi.

Sweet Candace October 3rd, 2010 6:38 AM

The club creator, Amby, should be by to check on the thread. She'll add all the new members.

So, enjoy yourselves for now and then when she returns, you'll be added to the club member list.

Captain Hobo. October 3rd, 2010 7:04 PM

What got me into liking water type is the moves, how they are nice, and how they are cool.

Witch October 4th, 2010 5:30 AM

Member list has been update & I'm proud to say our club has made it to 100 pages! <3

Sweet Candace October 4th, 2010 8:23 AM

(I have 248 pages of posts. Probably I only have 10 posts per page.)

Congrats on getting 100 pages, Amby.

Captain Hobo. October 5th, 2010 5:48 PM

Congrats on the 100th page.

I have a lot of posts here since I joined this club.

Halcyon October 6th, 2010 7:38 AM

Congratulations on this thread to have 100 pages!
Btw, I'm 9th on this thread top poster list, lololol!

Captain Hobo. October 6th, 2010 7:54 AM

Why do you guys like water type?

Witch October 6th, 2010 5:31 PM

I've loved them since I started playing pokemon. They're so beautiful & powerful. Misty also helped me love them a lot more

Missingno.7-4468 October 6th, 2010 6:05 PM

Honestly, it's because I love the water normally, so water-type Pokemon are just a prefect fit for me.

tobi-ksla October 6th, 2010 9:30 PM

I like Water Pokémon because there so many kinds of them who can make a name in competitive battling. And Water seems like a type that could deal with a wide range of types. Oh, and I was Blastoise-obsessed back then.

Captain Hobo. October 7th, 2010 6:47 AM

I like water because they are cute and nice and good at battling.

I liked Blastoise. I remember I traded it for a Dragonite though :X

Spinosaurus October 11th, 2010 1:25 PM

I like Blastoise. 8D I just prefer all other starters. (Maybe not Empoleon though)

Witch October 11th, 2010 5:10 PM

I like empoleon. Mine has such a cool moveset :3

Halcyon October 11th, 2010 5:18 PM

I like Empoleon, it has an awesome-looking armour, a strong typing as well (I'm more attracted to Pokemon with dual-types).

Captain Hobo. October 11th, 2010 5:50 PM

I like pretty much all water type pokemon.

And welcome new member and enjoy:)

Hi, I'mma here after a long ol'disapperance... for how much longer, I yet to determine. I might as well as become as active on this website as I can until I leave.

Anyways, My cousin REALLY want that fossil turtle...

How have I been doing? Thanks for asking!
I've decided to try to find my inner pokemon by narrowing it down by finding which pokemon I am for each type. (I do end up as the same pokemon for a different type, by that pokemon being the best macth for me for both types.)

This is the water club, so I wanted to say my water type pokemon is Daikenki.

aguinn99 October 13th, 2010 1:14 PM
