Best EV Areas

I was just wondering where the best places to get EV's are as I'm trying to get my tyranitar's attack up

It all depends, what levels? For levels 10 and under, from Sandgem Town-Entering Pastoria City

Every other levels, doesn't reall matter, but to get them to lvl 100, i'd go to where you caught Giratina and Heatran. That's where I go. But whatever floats your boat, hope that helps

Machop: 1EV
Goldeen: 1EV
Seaking: 2EV

The best place to EV attack in the game (arguably) is Lake Valor, this is because if you go there and fish with a Super Rod, the only two pokemon you can find are Seaking and Gyarados which both give 2 attack EVs, so as long as you have a pokemon to switch out when the fight begins its a great place to EV attack.

I'll list some other good EVing places for the other stats just as the title of this thread isn't attack specific and it might help some people. =]

HP - The easiest place to EV HP (in my opinion of course) is route 201 against Bidoof, this is because the only Pokémon there (without pokéradar or swarm of course) are Bidoof and Starly, making getting the right pokémon a lot easier than routes with more Pokémon, also since its low level it makes it easy for almost any level of Pokémon to solo EV there.

Attack - Obviously gone over that earlier

Defense - Ruin Maniac Cave, I prefer this to other places like iron island because there are only two species of Pokémon, both of which give 1 Defense EV so making it a good place to EV Defense, it is also fairly low level, however not recommended for solo Electric EVing, a simple switching of Pokémon fixes that problem though

Sp. Attack - Forest Mansion, the only Pokémon in here are Ghastly (Haunter and Gengar if you have a GBA Pokémon game inserted after you have obtained the National Dex) these all give Sp. Attack EVs 1, 2 and 3 appropriately and again is fairly low leveled. Also unadvised for solo low level normal type Pokémon with only normal type moves (but that is obvious)

Sp. Defense - Sp. Defense is the most annoying one as there are very few ideal areas to EV train it. My favored areas are Route 230 Fighting Dustox for 3 EVs each, but a high level will be needed to easily take it down. Then there is surfing for Tentacool and Tentacruel, for 1 and 2 EVs respectively, although this will be a lot more time consuming and frustrating, it might be the better option for someone who hasn't got high enough Pokémon for route 230 or someone who hasn't got to the battle zone yet.

Speed - Best areas I have come across for Speed EVing are again route 201 for same reason as HP but fighting starly instead of Bidoof, and fishing practically anywhere with an old rod for Magikarp, both give 1 EV and are low level and easy to kill.

The ones I use are the ones on Psypoke:
HP: Wooper/Quagsire- Route 212 East- Surf
Att: Gyarados- Route 229- Super Rod (100%)
Def: Pelliper- Pokemon League- Surf (65%)
SpAtt: Golduck- Resort Area- Surf (100%)
SpDef: Tentacruel- Route 223- Surf (60%)
Speed: Magikarp trainer- Route 205 North
They are mostly high levels so switch out weak pokemon with power items. (also good for exp)
